I've vaacumed, analyzed, and clustered the database and am running as the administrative account on Vista.
This is a known issue that seems to be computer related (happens on some computers, not on others). We are trying to get to the bottom of it.

Yesterday I watched a video where someone had realtime HUD. When you moused-over a player it showed a table where it had information based on position.
Something along the lines of:
Code:
SB BB EP MP LP
c-bet
3bet
call 3bet
folds to 3bet
Then it had different numbers based on their position.
Is something like this possible with PTv3's HUD? If so, can you take it a step further and have these stats displayed as separate "labels" without having to bring up a big menu?
Edit:
I don't know if this is a place for feature requests but if so... assuming the above is possible I'd really like to be able to add stats on tooltips.
Example:
You have the general VPIP stat being displayed next to a player. When you mouse over VPIP it would show nothing by default but if you wanted you could rig it to show any other stats (maybe VPIP based on position, etc.). Just to minimize clutter being displayed and provide good information without having your entire screen covered up by a huge stat layout.
Position based stats will be available in the Hud.

I just had this imported, and it was counted as a lost. Will this be supported in future?
Please attach this tournament summary as well as the hand history file for the tournament to a support ticket on our site. I'll get support added.

I'm playing sngs, so tracking my results is quite important.
You'll need to transfer the hand history files back and forth between computers.

3 - On one occasion the 'folded SB to steal' updated two hands after all the other stats (on stars, it was edfinitely a late update as I was doing the stealing against a player I had very few hands on).
These issues will hopefully be resolved in the next release.

Sometimes the site goes to write to the file just as PT3 goes to move it, and the move fails. Also, if you have other applications accessing the history file, that might prevent it from being moved as well.
