I just played some HU's right now after you said this. It's working fine for me. We also had several people testing this because a few of the fixes were specific for HU's. Are you sure you have your new hero for ipoker added? I tried to state this in the pop-ups, but no one reads those.

It's not importing hands at all after I updated last night, the UI shows 4 tables listed but 0 imports. Ugh, I was afraid this might happen.

Ugh... you need to switch your player ID to Hero, ipoker. It can't do this until theirs hands being played. There's a message that you need to do this when you install the new version, and not sure of any easier way to do it until we import some dummy hand first somehow.

Tried restarting, reopening, nothing.

Reinstalled 2.04.3, now my Bovada client won't open forcing me to restart.

You need to add HERO for ipoker in your poker database. If you don't do this, you're not going to see your data, and your HUD info will be messed up.

Hi FD, testing the new v2.05.7 tonight for MTTs and has uninstall it back to v2.05.4 within 30 minutes cause the HUD wasn't acing like it use too. The new HUD issues are:

1. It reset all the location of the HUDs along with the mucked cards location. Obviously not a huge deal and something I fixed, but no other upgrade has cause this to happen so bad start out the gate.
2. The HUDs are not relocating correctly when you resize the tables from full screen to a smaller table. i.e. I have them center when on a full screen table, but when a 2nd smaller table comes up, the all shift too far to the right (I can send a screenshot). v2.05.4 doesn't have this problem.

#2 is a deal breaker for me as I can't waste time relocating the HUDs based of the sizing of the table. This is why I left Tournament Indicator for you guys

Again, your going to a new site w/ this update. So like I was saying, the HUD locations might change. You'd have to move them and save them. I know for cash games this is auto saving and there shouldn't be any change when you switch over. For MTT's, I'm not sure this is possible, but it's an easy fix.

#2, I don't know what this would have to do w/ the card catcher honestly. You're saying going back to 5.4 doesn't do this. But we don't control the position of the HUD. I'll ask one of the developers, but that's a head scratcher for me right now. Let me see what they say.

Sure, but I forget what DB you're using. You just need to create an alias, and then add your player ID, which by default will be HERO for the ipoker skin now. It was previously, HERO for pokerstars. Until you identify yourself in your database, your HUD will be all over the place.

#2 is apparently a bug with PT and ipoker. There's nothing we will be able to do about it. But why do you need to go to full screen and then small? I'm just curious. I've never heard of anyone doing this. I mean, obviously you can still use the older version. It will work as before, or just don't maximize to full screen on your tables for MTT's w/ the new version. I have one of the developers spend all day looking at this, and it's just a PT bug. Obviously we can't fix their bug, and really didn't think this was something anyone would want to do, so didn't think to even try it.

I'm using PT for my DB, if that's what you're referring to.

Really confused about the whole ipoker skin thing you keep mentioning. I play on Bovada only. Is this relevant for me? My HUD wasn't all over the place, it was non-existent. I never saw it period.

I'm not sure where to go to change my alias. I've looked under all the database options and couldn't find it.

Click on view stats in PT4. On the left hand side of the screen, you have a player ID listed there (probably says hero). Click on the little person icon next to your name. An alias box will come up. Click on Add. In the search for player box, enter hero (assuming you used card catcher defaults). Look for Hero with the ipoker icon next to it on the left (it will look like an i). Click ok. It will ask you if you are sure you want to add... say yes. Done.

It explained all that in the pop-up that you closed. You are now using the ipoker format when playing on bovada so you can keep all HUD settings. We were using pokerstars, but they implemented HUD restrictions last month. So we re-worked the bovada card catcher so we won't have any HUD limitations using pokerstars. That's the reason for this change over.

Just updated again, entered "hero" in the search box, but nothing came up at all. I'm going to completely uninstall everything and try again after a restart soon. Thanks for the help, hopefully this fixes the issue and get a search result to come up.

I see the "I" symbol now after a clean uninstall. After starting PT, I now see all the hands in my last session that were missing importing immediately. Thank you!

Does Bovada Card Catcher upload $ results (cash and MTT) to PT4 in real-time? Otherwise I already have Bovada Hand Converter and get my results uploaded to PT4 after 24 hours...

Yeah! I'm glad it's working for you. I knew we'd get it eventually.

Correct. It's in real time so you can run a HUD from PT4. And it will track results of players throughout the tourney, even when they or you get moved.

Do you have to use an old build of HEM2 for Card Catcher to work correctly, like we did for HH converter?...

And can you play on another site simultaneously with Bovada & the HUD/ HEM2 will still work correctly for the other site as well?

I have a serious issue after updating. I just spent a few hours setting up my PT panels for my custom HUD and realized that none of my notes are being triggered from NoteTracker. Please tell me there is a way for me to revert back to an older BCC, I tried a few times before in the last few days and after updating for the first time it constantly had problems working correctly/if at all. My last session it didn't catch 40% of 700+ hands. Not only that but there were other issues where the HUD only appeared on 1/4 tables and some other strange errors that I haven't seen much of, if any in recent months. These issues didn't occur before I updated a few days ago.

I have spent a lot of time creating these custom notes to be triggered during play and not 1 has been triggered in 2 hours of testing. Since PT now thinks that I'm playing on I-poker, that would mean I'd have to recreate my 1,000's of notes all over again. If I have to choose between accurate PT stats and my custom notes, I want my custom notes. I can always go to my cashier and keep track myself.

You are probably aware of issue at this point, but my catcher is also missing some NL 6 max cash hands since last update. I have no idea how many, but my net winnings were off about 15% and I noticed 6 or 7 hands that did not get tracked out of about 1000. I don't check my HM2 that often so there were definitely more.

This happened yesterday too, so before session today I made sure to update both HM2 and BCC to latest versions but issue remains.

This isn't true, at least for me. I had to redo all my panels in my 6max HUD.

Just downloaded the card catcher today, 12/5. Played a short session to try it out. Seems to be picking up all the hands. Hopefully that continues. Haven't tried the HUD yet.

But when I go into my HEM and click on a hand to review the replayer is not working. Box will pop up but will either say loading hand and never load or just show up blank. Any ideas on solutions?
