Ok, and these are HU's cash games correct?

With the 5.6 version, if you can go to settings, click enable logging, play until this happens for you, and send me the logs I'll make sure it gets addressed. I don't have anyone else talking about an issue like this. I don't see this in my own sessions or w/ testing. So I need to see exactly what's happening on your system.

Right now there's an issue they have fixed w/ re-buy busts. It might be related to this problem. I don't know yet, but this is going out next build. That may very well resolve what you're seeing, but if not if I can see the logs I can get it fixed.

I talked with the developer this morning, and w/ the table not showing up in table view, it's probably having some kind of error writing the name and then won't show. HM2 is 10x picket than PT4 in this area for some reason. But if you can get those logs, we'll be able to fix it quick.

Is there still a way to get a discounted price if I have Bovada Hand Converter ?

There's no discount on the card catcher currently. If you purchase the converter, you'll get a 10% off coupon to purchase something else, but beyond that there's no discounts. We offered one when it first came out over a year ago, but haven't in a long time now.

I got it and it worked for my 1st session but my Directories Configuration doesn't have the file that was there previously.

Did you guys fix issue with the last 2.05.6 version for MTTs? It was such a downgrade from the 2.05.4 version that I had to uninstall it and go back to 2.05.4. Issues were:

1. The Hero hud changing places with another seat and that hud sometime not appearing.
2. Again some tables just stop updating the hud and won't start again without restarting BCC/PT4/Bovada.

I would like to test the new one again, but certainly not on Sunday or Mad Monday

Pokertracker 4 and Card Catcher sounds like a good combo for you. Maybe once you want to dig deeper, leak buster too!

My auto enable timebank seems to not work. All I did was enable it in Card Catcher settings, do I need to do anything else?

2) There were specific MTT issues that were fixed. I know you sent it data, so I'd need to confirm if your specific one was addressed. I want to say yes, but I'll check w/ them monday and let you know.

No, that's it. We initially put this in when the time bank buttons on table were not functional. I know on HD resolutions it doesn't always work. Do you know your resolution by chance? Keep in mind that you might also get some screen flashing w/ this setting enabled.

I read OP said something about merging his graph or something? Is there a new feature I don't know about in an update? I've been using an older version and haven't updated in months.

The only issue that remains is it misses hands in cash games, I've been keeping logs of PT and manually counted the hand logs and my cashier before and after a session from the poker client and there's a couple missing after a decent sample, sometimes less. You might say it's nitpicking but a few hands can really make the overall figures inaccurate and in some cases, to the extreme. Sometimes for more money, but more often for less. Everything else is running as smooth as can be on win7. I'm afraid to update since "it ain't broke". I can work around this for now and have been doing so once I suspected something wasn't right months ago. If you guys can literally import every hand and do so accurately, it would save me some time. On the plus side, I should be doing this anyway but that's another story.

Basically, I am keeping manual records along with an app on mobile devices because the results are not the actual results via PT. It's 99% accurate with the percentage of hands imported and everything runs so good. That 1% will skew the numbers by a ton more than that. The sample shown is over a two month period of semi-decent regular volume. I can't imagine how off they'd be after a few years or even months. I'm hoping you guys get this line error thing sorted out soon, I know you're trying to fix this along with dozens of other bugs and features at the same time, so I trust it's high on your ASAP list.





I want to use PT for the detailed stats but it's not accurate, so there's no point. I have to stick to using the very basic, but accurate stats and single graph from a mobile device. I still rely on PT for some stats like session length and dates but that's about it when it comes to keep actual records about my results.

Hope you don't think I went overboard (how can you not?) but I started trying to make it short but remembered I had been compiling proof and unexpectedly decided two months was a decent enough of a sample to display for now to prove my point. Thanks again, if it weren't for you guys, I'd be using H.I./T.I. right now... now THAT'S a bad beat. That or the fact that I own both of them, collecting software dust.

Thanks for the update. But yes, you should be updating to the latest version because the updates in the last couple of months alone have been very significant. Switching to the new format we have now, and the fixes, I honestly haven't missed any hands in a long time. Not one.

But even before in the earlier versions, it just matters what games you were playing. MTT's and HU's matches would potentially be the ones that would drop data because the feeds were extremely complex when people left, went bust and reloaded or multi way all-ins. But that should all be worked out, and I'd highly recommend updating to the 5.7 version. It will be worth it, and your data should match up.
