If you mean that you updated the converter, and it's not showing, then click settings in the converter, enable known hole cards. If you updated Pt3, then you'd need to downgrade since they did start blocking known hole cards several months ago.

I'm sorry, I'm traveling so I don't have the exact info in front of me right now. I assume you tried enabling hole cards in settings of the converter. You'd have to go to an older version of PT4. I think I posted in here a few posts ago but internet is ubber slow so it's hard to locate.

I did not enable the hole cards in the settings. I know that not ALL of the hands are suppose to be shown, only those that go to showdown are suppose to be shown. However, only my hole cards are being shown and as a result my EV-line and my ability to look through hand histories is obsolete.

Any help that you could provide me would be greatly appreciated; if no solution can be readily thought up then I am more than willing to have you take a look at my setup via a screen-share on Skype or Teamviewer.

All it says for every hand that goes to showdown is XXX mucked, where XXX represents the player's position.

I downgraded my PT4, tried it, still didn't work.
I upgraded my PT4 (v4.11.8), tried it, still didn't work.
I then created a new database and converted the hands again with the updated BHC and it still didn't work.

Same problem for me as well. I don't think it's a PT issue as I imported some old converted hands just fine into the newest version of PT. Something changed with the converter I think.

Using the converter without "enable known hole cards" does not produce a "standard" type HH anymore. It omits all opponents hole cards that are shown down and these HH are pretty unusable, imo.

Using the "enable known hole cards" option does work but, to the opposite extreme (all hole cards are shown).

There is no middle atm.

Thanks guys. In the .31 update, when the developer changed how the known hole cards were detected, there was a bug created that blocked all known cards. He's fixing it so it should be out today or tomorrow. I've been traveling without a reliable internet connection, so I haven't been able to sort of if there was an issue or not.

Ok, so a new .32 version is up with the showdown known cards fixed. It's up on the website for download. I'm not releasing it as an auto update yet. There's a ton of scenarios that need to be covered, so if anything doesn't show for any reason, please let me know.

Fyi, also with the latest PT version 4.11.8, all hole cards are showing if you have show known hole cards set in the converter settings.

I have HM1 and purchased the converter. Everything appears to be importing fine but I can't view any of the hands. I'm using Hero (PS) to view but nothing shows up. I believe I've followed the instructions on the video and have done everything correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Like I said the hands import but nothing is there when I try to view them.

Database/Purge Hands. Be careful. Backup first.

So no bugs? I'm wary of updating from 4.10.9 since you can't really go back once you go through with the major database overhaul it needs to do from 4.11.x on, and showing all hole cards currently works and is stable as it is now..

My testing and the testing the developer did with 4.11 seemed to work fine. It looks good, but if you're concerned hold off until we get more testing and feedback in.

Why does it say please registrar on all my tables when I have already registered it? I have asked this questions 3 times now.

I think you might be confused. You haven't asked this in here, and there's no registration messages we put on the tables. My best guess is that you haven't properly registered pokertracker, since they are the only database that has please register in the tables during trial. So perhaps try and re-register your pokertracker or contact their support if it's not working for you.

If you're talking about known hole cards, you need .8079 or earlier of HM2. They have not changed this back like PT has. We're going to ask HM about this though since bovada has pulled out of the NJ and delware markets. That was their primary concern for blocking them.

Just curious, do you remember which range of versions PT had them blocked? Any clues as to why they removed the block? I didn't realize there was a conscious decision to do so given their strong language in the past.

I don't know the exact range. I'm really unsure why it was changed back. One of the developers discovered kind of on accident that it was changed back. I assume because Bovada pulled out of the NJ and Delaware markets, but I don't know for sure.

I already have your BHC, and I will be purchasing software to run a HUD during game play. If I understand correctly, the Bovada Card Catcher makes running my HEM2 HUD possible on bovada? If you can confirm this, I will gladly purchase the Card Catcher rather than HI.

And just to confirm, the answer is yes. You'll be able to run your HM2 HUD with the Bovada card catcher (not the converter). Run the trial and test it out.
