I checked with support. There's no tickets from someone not getting their license. Maybe you didn't e-mail the correct place? All sales are automatically processed so most likely it went to your junk / spam folder. We just changed the phone number yesterday and the websites are not updated as of today with the new number.

I am having an issue where my zone poker hands are importing as errors. I am having no issues with the regular tables converting hands. Are you aware of any issues with importing zone hands.

No, there's no issues with zone hands. You probably updated your HM and don't have the latest converter. HM is blocking known hole cards, so you need to update your converter version, or downgrade your HM version. If you get the latest converter version, it will detect this for you and inform you have a download you can use to enable the hole cards.

You read what I wrote correct? And there's about 30 messages just above yours talking about this issue. HM2 is blocking known hole cards. If you update, you will get errors unless you update the converter or downgrade HM2.

Great. We sent out an e-mail about this when it happened a couple of weeks ago, but sometimes things go to junk / spam.

Has the same thing been done for PT4? I've been holding steady on the two versions that seem to play nice and am afraid to update anything till it breaks.

For the first time ever using the Bovada Hand Coverter and then importing into my HEM2 my net won is off, and not off by just a bit, I won $390 last night and it says I lost $622. How can that be? Any ideas on what this issue might be? I've imported over 120k hands from Bovada and never had an issue with any sort of discrepancy on what I actually won/lost vs what HEM says. Does this have to do with the recent upgrade being mentioned above? I thought that only hid hole cards I didn't know it was affecting net won/loss. My last successful import was on Saturday.

One thing I noticed in this particular sample size that is weird is stuff like where it says I raised from utg/utg+1/co/btn and no flop was seen and my net won is -$1.00. I play 100NL so obviously If I'm raising (always at least $3) and no flop was seen, then I either won the $1.50 blind money from everybody folding out or I lost $3 from getting 3bet and folding. Just seems like on this one import it read a ton of my net won per hand as the big blinds who folded (-$1.00) when in fact I was the utg/utg+1/co/btn doing raising. That seems to lead to an average difference of $2.50 on every single one of those instances. I did another import right after that and everything was fine. How the hell do I fix this?

This hasn't been implemented for PT. I think the assumption was that you kept an old version, or you didn't have them enabled. We didn't think HM would have an issue with it at any point. I'll see if we can put a check in though.

There shouldn't be. Are you sure you aren't just missing some downloaded hands? You can send your bovada (original unconverted) hands to support to have the developer look at. But as far as I know, nothing should be wrong.

Yes, I was holding at 1.0.21 set to HM2 importing to PT 4.10.9 and both were playing nicely, everything correct to the penny, all hole cards revealed. However with today's Bovada update, 1.0.21 skipped a couple hands and now the results are slightly off again.

I'll try installing the latest version, switch it back to PT and see if the results are back on, but sacrificing all hole cards of course (hopefully temporarily).

sorry, it just occurred to me that holdem indicator and the hand converter are two separate programs.

Meh, I'm just gonna leave it where it is. I realized it's only off by one big bet, meaning when I steal from the SB, BB calls and he folds the flop. It's done this before but if it's that or not see all the cards, I'll take the former all day.

Also reading horror stories about people updating to the latest PT4, and with this Bovada update, TableTamer and HI breaking, I'm just gonna sit tight for now.

By default they are stored in the second folder you have listed in the converter.

The Bovada update is causing a few errors with the converter. I think it was something like 9 errors in the converter itself when converting 15 HH files and a few invalid stack errors when importing into PT4.

Would you like for me to send along this batch of HHs?
