Yes please try this and if there are no issues with that method please export and zip up your database and email it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and well see what the issue is.

1 - Sorry about the issues with the stats, some of them require you to remove and re-add the stat due to a renaming issue and then they should work fine.

2 - Have you noticed any patterns, is it when you open a certain feature, is it every x secs or is it sporadic? Can you please send your log.txt file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.)
If you have extensions turned off then it may be just called log. Please email the log, directly after you have the issue and before you restart HM2, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com along with a link to the thread or a summary of the issue you’re having

3 - Were going to be doing some graph improvements quite soon. Regarding not being able to get to hand histories easily enough can you explain in a bit more detail and also suggest any improvements and well take it under consideration.

4- I can understand your frustration, there was an increase in bug reports when we launched and we've been working very hard to release regular updates to fix these issues and well be continuing this to ensure everyones issues are dealt with asap


Weve added session by day and session by month reports, there was an issue with them not combining results which were working on now

On HM1 its in Misc and the stat is called betting

I've tried the four combinations but my HUD (HM2) still doesn't appear when I take a video with Camtasia I've restarted my HUD each time I made a new try

Any other idea?

I think this fix works just for HM1

I have no issues with the HUD showing when I use Camstudio so maybe you can use that for now. I have never used Camtasia, but I will download a free trial and see if I can get it working.

If it works with Camstudio it's fine for me no need for a nonfree software
I'll try tonight and give an update

yes it works with Camstudio too bad the last build of this opensource software is from october 2010

i have to say im annoyed what kind of tech team do you have? nothing works really nothing everyday i send mails new solution etc. etc. im sick of it and now the ****** replayer at 888 doesnt work no handreviews are possible nada...hud crashes every hour well no big deal,right?

HM2 has improved ten fold with the latest updates. It's now useable. Some work still to be done, but good job on the hard work

I'm having problems with HEM since it seems it's not tracking some (most) of the SNGs I play. I played 30 27man 1€ SNGs this morning according to the report generated through the Stars client itself, but using HEM and adding a filter for "Today" and another one for "Number of players", as you can see in the next screenshot, results in only 10 SNGs tracked...



Now, I don't know if there's some kind of filter that's somehow excluding the other tables from being displayed or it just didn't track them. Strange thing is that the HUD was working correctly on every table, so the hands have been correctly imported.

Any help is appreciated!

I'm having problems with HEM. I'm playing on Microgaming(StanJames) but couldn't get the HEM working on Anon tables and after I played hundreds of hands on those tables HEM couldn't find the HHs , looks as if it didn't track them...but it did track hands from regular tables at the same time..so weird. Any ideas?

Did you guys change where you normally choose the player, I always clicked at the bottom right and selected a player there. But it seems it only shows now active players only, so where can I select the rest of my almost 1/2 mil players ? At opponents they are still there but I can't choose my own player account anymore it seems for pokerstars, its probably my fault I am overlooking I hope.

And more important, yesterday I bought hm2+notecaddy. But haven't received my licenses yet, I payed through paypal and the money is already booked from my bank account now. I did buy 2 other things, from 1 merchant I already got notification. And skype that's also still pending.

I have a hud from HEM1 that I imported into HEM2 and it is working fine. However, when I tried to export it (to have a backup for myself) it pop ups message to report for the problem and when I click don't send it shuts down the holdem manager completely.

HEM2 hud that's been created in the program itself exports without any issues, but HEM1 hud imported into HEM2 gives an error (same hud worked perfectly on HEM1 importing and exporting).

At the Anon Tables the player names are not tracked so you will find them under Player1,... or something like that.

Player selection: for me its still selectable if i click on the player name in the bottom right corner. Another way is clicking on the player name at the top in the ribbon bar.
You get no separate notecaddy key, its included in your HM2 key. So you should receive a mail explaining this and see your Notecaddy license in your account on www.holdemmanager.com.

is it possible to add a poker site logo colums i mean i play on 3 sites in the same time and if i see the report/sessions i would like to see wich site is where i won/lost.

I am sure i once read about a feature for HEM2 using a cloud service that allowed a player to run the same graph over different computers eg, play 2 sessions on two computers and every hand goes into the one same graph.

Does this feature exsist? Is it available for use now? and is it or will it ever be available for HEM1?

Is this for the sessions TAB? There is a By Poker Sites report you can use in reports so basically your looking for a poker site filter in sessions?

Hi the feature is called HM Sync and it allows you to sync hands between 2 databases, right now its free for a couple of months but there will be a small yearly fee once it goes commercial. Unfortunately we wont have this service available with HM1 only HM2

yepp! i meant , need a place where the player see how much he won, when and which site from. no need a new tab just add a column to the report/session filter with pokersites logos, when you check out todays session you can see won 134$ on PS 22$ on PP and lost 55$ on ipoker. the perfect for this is the reports/sessions IMO

after downloading the latest version of HM2, before i can install it, old version of HM2 seems to close and when i click on HM2 it says "An instance of Holdem Manager 2 is already running"....

help please!
