some tourney dont show up in stats results or graph. And the txt files are in /Pokerstars.FR/HandHistories and /.../Tourneysummaries.
I dont know why, when i click on "import file" to import specifically the txt files, its shows "0 files processed". Autoimport doesnt import them.
Any way to import a tourney manually and have it show up in the graph section ?

thanks

in fact i just noticed that the sitngos are not imported correctly if hem is not on auto import while playing.
If i play 2 sitngos and after i open hem and push autoimport, the sitngos are not taken into account.
If i play sitngos and hem is opened and auto import is on, then the sitngos show up in all the tabs.
In fact, the sitngo do come into the "stats" tab, but instead of being green(won) or white(lost), they are "dark grey", with the finish place on "0" and they dont show at all in the graph tab.
Anyone got this problem ?

Thanks

Is HM really displaying 1.11.07a in the title? Where do you want to see your preflop cards and which error message do you get?

If you get a message "0 files processed" HM thinks he already imported the files. You should rename them or copy them to a different folder. Then the import file or import from folder should work and update the tourney results.

Ive recently purchased the pro version finally and now the hud does not work

Im using ONGAME, betfair, the hud doesnt appear anymore. Iv'e tried using a few different versions, turned off windows updates, turned off UAC or w/e, and the hud refuses to open ingame. I can however bring up the hud of previous game but this is very annoying when im multitabling, is there a solution?

Also: The games do not show up in the table manager, if I try to find the table it has a list of loads of my previous games, i think, I bring the red square to my game, it recognizes as betfair.exe but then still doesnt detect

Edit, heads up sngs fwiw

Thanks

Yes, If I go into the data view, its black and I can select hands if iv'e refreshed. So they are imported. Table manager on the other hand can't even see that I have a game unless I go to table finder, then in there it wont select any of the games.

Going to try 1.11.07a beta again

.07a is not a beta, it is the release version.

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, pospref2.txt, pospref4.txt, default.txt, and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. http://www.granneman.com/techinfo/wi...howextensions/

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

If you are still unable to get it working Please email support@holdemmanager.com, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so we can schedule a Teamviewer session. Download the Teamviewer Quick Support Module - http://www.holdemmanager.com/teamviewer. Please let me know what time zone you are in and what time/days are convenient for you.

On the holdemmanager.com web page, you have a list of "SUPPORTED SITES" at the bottom of the page. One question and two suggestions for your home page:

1. Why are some of the site names (the ones in blue type) also links, while the site names in black type are not links. Is there a reason that we can't click all of the site names to get information on that site?

2. I suggest that, next to each site name, you put a US flag, or some other mark or symbol, so that we can see at a glance which sites are US-friendly. My rakeback site does that, and it's a nice feature for someone looking for a "poker home" who doesn't want to look up a bunch sites that don't take US players.

3. I suggest that you have some kind of mark or letter after each site name, so that we can see at a glance which sites allow tracking, and which ones allow HUDs.

The site list could look something like this:

UT Check Raise Poker (This site is US-friendly and allows tracking, but not HUDS.)

TH Donkey Poker (This site is not US-friendly. It allows tracking and HUDs.)

Glitch with DATE/TIME FILTERS in HEM?

You guys seriously need to fix this, seriously. It is extremely inconvenient and irritating.

I am in S.East Asia. I play only on PokerStars. I have the time changed on Pokerstars to local time (CCT).

Under Options>Settings>Adjust Site Import Times, I have changed Stars to +12. Under Options>Settings>Miscellaneous..."Day Start Time", I have set Hour to 11.

Local time here right now is Wednesday morning. I made all of these changes Monday night. Tuesday, I played 3,000 hands on PokerStars. Everything seemed to be working fine. The DATE/TIME FILTERS seemed to work perfectly and when I looked at individual hands, the TIME STAMP on them reflected local time. I stopped playing Tuesday night. I woke up this morning and looked at hands played today, it should obviously be 0. HEM says I've played 3,000 today. Same thing if I try to use an exact date: Today is 7/27, and yet when I filter for 7/27, again HEM says I've played those 3,000 hands today. Ok, so I checked to see if the TIME STAMP on the hands has somehow reverted and they have not, the TIME STAMPS still say that I played those hands yesterday - but the filters simply do not work.

This is annoying the hell out of me and probably many other users who don't happen to live in New York. Can you (HEM support) tell me what to do, or admit to me that this feature does not work so that I stop wasting my time trying to figure it out?

Which site? If pokerstars, see this faq - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...+Summary+Setup

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...+-+Backup+Tips

If the problems persist in the new DB, Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

You need to set the pokerstars client lobby time to ET, instead of your local time, for the time adjust to work properly. You are adding to +12 hours to CCT instead of ET/EDT.

Just tried to install HM 1.11.07a on a Windows XP Pro computer with an existing and working installation of PokerTracker 3 and got an "Unhandled exception" message. If I click Continue, the loading screen does not go past "Initializing database". Does this have something to do with PT3 installed on the same machine?

Just a quick question. Why do "Agg factor" stat appear in HUD as a "inf" on many players in the tournaments? Is it anything wrong with my settings or just not enough hands in the database on particular players to calculate and display it?

This is common in small samples. The aggression factor is defined as Bet% + Raise% / Call%. Therefore if villain has not yet called in your sample of hands AF will be "infinite".

I thought this was fixed in a recent update. Are you definitely using 1.11.07a?

If not, please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

If you have .07a already try to right-click the table name in the Table Manager and choose [x] 9 max instead of 10.
