Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

What does the "Time" column in Tourney->Results->Stats -> Month Report mean?
theres Hours so I dont understand what can Time be

which stat is for
cb % after 3betting pre?
fold to cbet after 3betting pre?
villain raise cbet after calling 3bet pre?

Was confused as a lot of the stats seem to say the same thing.

my hud is acting weirdly

one thing it is doing is i can se all the boxes and stats and then i click on the table and it disappeared.

It also looks like it is displaying number that is not correct.

for the incorrect numbers: Which pokersite?
Which gametype?
Which HM version?

Since the Ongame update my HUD stopped working. People in this thread:

seem to have experienced a similar problem. The answers given in that thread so far are not for Windows Vista, which is what I have. (I'd post in that thread but have forgotten my HEM username (though it's probably the same as here).)

Also, is there any way for HEM to show villain's hole cards (at showdown obv) in the hand history? At the moment I have to rely on Ongame's terrible software for that.

The new file path in that thread for W7 is the same as in Vista. Please reconfigure your auto import settings to this new path which will be;

C:\Users\Username\P5JavaClientSettings\

Note: This Vista and Windows 7 folder is hidden by default. You need to make sure Windows is showing Hidden Files.

Ongame terms and conditions do not allow the use of mucked cards in the HUD so it has been disabled to comply with this - therefore you will need to continue to look them up in the HH.

I have a sounding stupid question when I play at ongame sng, there are no hands being imported into HEM, and as matter of facct, there are no hand history were saved to ongame hh folder. Have I not set it up correctly or HEM could not import ongame SNG hands. thanks

Hi, I recently changed the imported time to the right one but I noticed it changed only for the future hands. Is it possible to adjust the imported time for the hands I have played also?

Poker sites on the Ongame network have recently updated their software and this has changed the file path to which the hand histories are saved. Please reconfigure your auto import settings to this new path which on W7/Vista will be;

The site time adjustment only works on hands that are auto imported and will not work on hands imported using "Import form folder/file". It also does not change any previously played hands. The only possible way to change old hands will be to delete them or create a new database then reimport them using auto import with folders that you add temporarily to your auto import settings and remove afterwards when you have finished.

I have some problems with the Pre-fetch future at FTP hud is poping up with players name and numbers but no hands so I dont get stats on the players.

I play 6-max turbo sng's on ipoker (sun) but want to mix in some 6-max turbo don's.

Is it possible to filter the don's from the regular turbo's as currently i can't with 1.11.06d?

HM only recognises don's as turbo's.

I need to see how i run at the don's, seperate from regular 6-max turbos.

and check your additional hud filters: all limit filters on the right side should be enabled and please try will all # of players ranges changed back to the default values of 2-10

I've recently started playing 6 max omaha. I tile my tables. My hud only displays on three tables. Can you tell me what setting I have got wrong. Thanks.

HEM is not writing pokerstars.fr tournament summaries. Is there anything special i need to adjust? All files are in English and in the hand history folder. They just sit there and are getting ignored by hem, although the hand histories are exporting fine.

2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder. Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

HEM is importing my hands from Carbon/Merge. They all show up in my sessions tab.

The HUD is not working. The tables i'm at do not show up in the Table Manager either.


fwiw i had HUD working on FTP/Stars pre-BF. any help is much appreciated.

also, when i click HUD Options > Launch Active Player Details Window,

a box w/everybody's info DOES show up. (altho i much prefer the HUD)

(i also have latest edition of holdem+omaha manager, version 1.11.06g, table manager is 1.11.06f1)
