I am running version 1.11.06d.
Currently HEM does not sees a difference between stars turbo's and stars ST.
Can you give me a hint what I need to do (ie how I need to set up filters) to ensure my tourney results tab only takes into account the turbo's or the ST?
Thanks.

More specific; ST filter gives 0 tourneys / turbo filter gives 0 tournyes / normal speed gives all my played turbo + ST.
And such, I came here.

*Try creating a new UTF DB -
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB -
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB -
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...+-+Backup+Tips
If that doesn't fix the issues, please reproduce the problem and attach a screen shot -

I know I can backup HEM data and restore it later.
Marked hands wont be marked anymore when I restore right? Basically it only backups the results like the graph/reports information, etc right?
Also do I still have to use the same postgres when reinstalling as I had when I backed up my database?
I DO have the hands which are marked as HH's saved in a different folder, but I cannot import them when I restored the database as I will dublicate my winnings, right?
I think if you use our internal backup/restore system it will restore marked hands along with HUD notes, etc. To use our internal backup/restore HM and SQL both must be currently installed on C:\ drive and you will need to use the same version of postgresql to restore the backup file.
If you’re doing a clean reinstall or moving HM to a new computer you should consider the following:
Make sure you do a manual backup of everything and save any/all original hands also.
We have a backup and restore feature within Holdem Manager that makes it easy for you to backup all your settings, hand histories and files.
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...up+%26+Restore
This is a new feature and there are some compatibility issues with it so if you have any problems you can do this manually by following the instructions below:
Export and Import your Hand Histories and/or backup and restore your database
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...store+Database
Export any custom HUD configs -
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...ort+HUD+Layout
Export Your Notes
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/notes-02.jpg
Export Your Bonuses and Rakeback – Options > Rakeback & Bonuses
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/...bonuses-01.jpg
Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/...ta-view-01.jpg
See this FAQ
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...ation+Benefits on how to reset your code
And finally
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...g+Preferences+
If you play a site like stars/ftp you can email their support and ask for all your old hand histories and tourney histories/results.
All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.
To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...Import+Folders
The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.
1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, pospref2.txt, pospref4.txt, default.txt, and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.
Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default.
http://www.granneman.com/techinfo/wi...howextensions/
Try the table finder -
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+
Make sure you follow the directions exactly.
Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it
If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.
Left-click and drag the red X to that table window
Click OK
If you are still unable to get it working Please email
support@holdemmanager.com, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so we can schedule a Teamviewer session. Download the Teamviewer Quick Support Module -
http://www.holdemmanager.com/teamviewer. Please let me know what time zone you are in and what time/days are convenient for you. I schedule support from 13:00 - 22:00 GMT, 7 days a week.

If none of that helps, I would suggest a clean reinstall:
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...o+Uninstaller+
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...g+Preferences+
1) Export any custom HUD configs individually, make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files. If you have custom filters/reports/stats, just copy the entire \holdem manager folder before uninstalling.
2) Uninstall HM with
www.revouninstaller.com using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files.
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM:
http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.
6) Test if it for a while and see if it works

Please stay tuned to the Hold'em Manager blog where we will start releasing official information about the HM2 beta program.
Within the next two weeks, existing Hold'em Manager customers will receive an email advising them how to enroll in the HM2 Beta program.
Although a final decision has not been made on the cost to upgrade to HM2, recent purchasers of Hold'em Manager will receive a discount off the standard upgrade price and anyone that has purchased Hold'em Manager since May 1st and thereafter will receive an upgrade for FREE.
An announcement will be made at a later date as to when the HM2 beta program will be open to the general public and when HM2 will go on sale
