HEM moves the original hands after importing them to PostgreSQL to an archive folder. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.
To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...Import+Folders
The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).
You can also export your current/entire DB to text files to backup -
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
If you use the HUD notes you can export those from the Options > Notes > Export Notes -
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/45/Notes
If you play tourneys you can export the Summaries and Results for each/all of your tourneys from the Dataview > Right-Click menu.
If you play a site like stars/ftp you can email their support and ask for all your old hand histories and tourney summaries.
You can also do a database backup and then restore it on the new PC if you use the same version of postgresql.
*Install the same version of PostgreSQL as your current DB using these instructions -
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...g+Old+Database
*If you have moved/installed your DB to a non-default location, please make sure to change the 'Data Directory' path during the installation.

(I am not concerned with my overall places, just the +/- dollar amount on the tournament). Thank you.
Pokerstars, I assume?
You need to request and import any/all your tournament histories and import those to HM. Stars does not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive, like FTP does.
Email
support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Summaries.
Then later, you want to import the summaries on a regular basis:
Pokerstars > Lobby > Requests > Tournament History .. > 200
Then you have to create a text file, from the email, to import to HM.

Has anyone experienced this problem or have any idea what I can do? This is a big concern to me because I basically only play SNGs and that is what I want to use this for.
Thanks so much for your time, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Merge does not store the buyin information in the handhistory file We use the buyin from Options - Default Buyin.
You need to edit the tourneys manually in the dataview.

Right, because you probably dont have 25 hands on many opponents yet. Try setting that to 1 instead of 25 and you will see the HUD for any opponent you have played 1 hand against.

How can I set the stats to appear after a certain amount of hands on a villian and will they show up after 25 that I have set ??
thanks
I am not sure I understand what you are asking.
The Tables Preferences > Min Hands for Stats will not show ANY stats for any player that doesn't have 25 hands in your DB already.
The Player Preferences > Options for {Selected Stat in Display list} > Min Samples, will display only -- for each stat with fewer samples than specified.
Some stats like VPIP are calculated based on every hand because you have a opportunity to VPIP every time you play a hand. You do not have an opportunity to 3bet, or Steal every hand, for example. For stats like these your number of samples (opportunities) will not match the number of hands played.
So, for example, if you set the Tables Preferences > Min Hands for Stats to 25 and also set all of your individual stat's Player Preferences > Min Samples to 25 also, you would see your HUD appear after 25 hands. For the common stats like VPIP/PFR/Agg/Hands you will see those displayed. The stats for actions which you have fewer opportunities for, such as Stl/F2Stl/3Bet/F23B, will be displayed as -- until you have had 25 opportunities for that stat.
