Not sure if this has ever been mentioned. But i would love to have a type of pokerstove in the replayer so we can just run some quick simple equities vs certrain ranges in game without having to open new programs.

Just double click on a player and run input a range and let it show the equity of our actual hand vs his range. if you then double clikc (good on-off feature for showing vilains hole cards!) you toggle between actual hand vs his range, equity...

Have you changed something to the way HM2 calculates rake on Party? Did you switch back from contributed to dealt method?

Example session:

HM2 shows $97.15 rake

Same session imported to PT4 (28 out of the 1573 hands didn't import)

PT4 "rake share" $95.88
PT4 "rake contributed" $83.01

I got 168 partypoints for that session which is $84 in rake

This sounds like a good idea and something I would urge you to suggest on our official HM3 feedback/suggestions mock up page.

PartyPoker recently announced that they will be making major changes to their client that will affect both HUD and tracking of players playing history - http://uk.pokernews.com/news/2015/10...ield-19256.htm

PartyPoker no longer wants trackers/HUDs on their software, and in the near future they will completely stop saving hand histories. If they do not write hand histories we can no longer provide tech support for problems on their software or support their software going forward unless they tell us they will still allow our software on their network and continue to provide hand history files.

At this time they have not clarified their changes or contacted us. Because of this, all Partypoker related development is on hold until their decision is officially made and reflected in their terms of use.

We will continue to offer basic support to players who are having problems with Hold'em Manager 2 on Partypoker tables as long as they are still writing hand history files that import, however we are not adding features or Fastforward support for new and/or currently unsupported Partypoker skins at this time or testing/fixing import errors until they clarify their stance on trackers/HUDs with us directly.

Well Party is still saving hand histories to hard drive and they are not banning HUDs and I'm talking about a chance in the recent builds you've done so can you answer if you've changed the way you count rake on Party as it would seem you have.

We havent made any changes to the way we count rake on PartyPoker. If there are new issues with rake amounts, it is likely that PartyPoker made changes to their hand histories or changed rake structure in their games.

There are no plans to address this until they clarify their stance on our software and their plans for local hand histories going forward.

Well PT4 counts rake correctly (if you read my first post) and Party says they haven't changed anything so there aren't really much options left..

Party has started anonymizing the screen names in the first hand history for each hand history file which causes that hand to not import which will obviously affect our rake stat. If they had the same number of import errors then it sounds like we might not have changed our rake stat for them to contributed but this isn't something we would not consider investigating or updating until they clarify their future plans for trackers/HUDs with us directly.

If you want to send us this hand sample we can file it with our testers for future investigation if they tell us they will in fact allow trackers/HUDs:

Hi,

Email with a sample session sent.

The 1573 hands were in HM2 which I exported and imported to PT4. 28 of those exported hands didn't import to PT4

Because PT4's "rake share" matches to HM2's USD Rake, I was guessing it was changed in HM2 from contributed to dealt rake for some reason since PT4's "rake contributed" matches to the partypoints I was credited.

I first thought Party had changed something as on Wednesday HM2 numbers were still matching to Partypoints but on Thursday (when they had the update) they were not. But Party has said they haven't changed anything and with PT4 rake numbers matching, there aren't much options left, like I said.

hi , good that i found this message.. was wondering after session why there was one hand that was missing..
Tryied to import the hh file manually, but then i got error. In comparising to other HH files, transcript look quite similiar. Is there a way to edit the file so that i would be able to import results of the hand ?

You can try to edit the player numbers to the proper screen names and see if it imports. If you do attempt it I would copy it out to a new text file to keep the original file in it's original unedited format for posterity.

this HH actually contains normal player names, but somehow becouse hand was played at the start of the table it doesnt want to import.

Send us the complete hh file via email The hands I have seen from customers show player numbers instead of names for the first hand and they do not import then the 2nd hand thru the end are shown like you show above and import fine.

Please zip up and email the problem hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing or a link to the relevant thread and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

My Hud is not showing stats on at least 3 regs. I have over 5K hands on each of the three and when I search opponent in my database all the hands are still there but the HUD is blank. Also pop-up are not showing up on these blank HUDS. It's working perfectly on everyone else. One the name seems to have been corrupted, but the other two look fine. I reset the HUD filter and I also restarted HEM2 but so far no change. Any ideas?

Also in the HEM 2 replayer all the stats are visible and everything is normal. It's only in game that the stats are missing. This is FR Zoom.

Also, I did update the Stars client right before playing.

I had a pokerstars update today. Zoom HUD got all messed up because of it. Some names didnt show up, the HUD was not on the right person, the HUD for hero was not updating etc.

The beta update posted by fozzy below solved all my problems.

Did you also update HM2 to the latest beta?

After downloading, right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator to complete the reinstall.

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. Thanks for re-quoting that. We made that beta live yesterday as number 8397. It is exactly the same as 8396 but we had to push a new build/number to be able to make it live. If all goes well with feedback from ps.com users it should be made official later this week.

re-posting my one i made in the notecaddy edge thread, not sure where the issue is:

all day today was getting a messege notecaddy couldnt connect to server to authenticate. just did a re-install of w10 for other reasons. got my hem dled and restored with old db. notecaddy isnt letting me request coaching package, update or do anything really just giving lots of error window popups. checked with my dsl and cable line so i know its not my internet.

The only thing I can suggest is make sure you activated HM2 with your HM2- code and are logged in via the Settings > HM.com Website Login menu. If that doesn't help you need to wait for NCE to reply and/or post in the main NC Support thread in the Commercial Software forum on 2+2 or their sub-forum on hm.com.

Hi,

I've been playing 25 Zoom and I've noticed that there are a couple of players that my HUD isn't tracking; their HUD's are just bare. Is there any reason for this?

There is nothing I can do to help with this. You will need to work with NC/NCE support to resolve it. We don't provide tech support for the apps in this thread, their developers/support do it themselves.
