Going to be confusing as **** if they do have identical sets of idols - half are real and half are fake. Will place a huge premium on the social game, post merge, because the first one to figure it out will have enormous power if not yet public knowledge and the only way to do that will be having someone else tell you about their idol(s).

Didn't need to open the link to figure it out, but this just confirms my first impression that Helen's exit was one the most (if not the most) classless exit of all time.

Next time she uses the term, maybe she should be in front of a mirror.

2 episodes in and a country mile off the overall standard of the current Australian Survivor season.

Positives

-No shipwheel island

Negatives

-First 50% of the episode just endless boring scavenger hunt scenes
-Boring obstacle course and puzzle challenge
-Still not a fan of 3 small tribes with no wiggle room
-Helen - Yet another Asian American woman felted for being stereotyped as 'too intelligent'. Someone has actually decided its time to crunch the numbers on this

Interesting data points. My counter would be that Helen played too outwardly analytical too early, which did nothing to refute any stereotypes. IIRC not too long ago an Asian woman won who played a very quiet game early on.

Look at the NASA guy who is doing his best to appear like a wide-eyed goofy kid so as to not put a target on his back.

Not saying I don't believe that biases don't exist, they certainly do, but self-awareness is an important component to strategy.

Down to the final 6 now, and still drawing live to getting this correct 5 seasons in a row.

Though admittedly I have wavered on this pick slightly for most of the game bumping him down in my power rankings to 3rd or 4th at points so will be an * if it does come in
