I agree - bone ass ugly and dumb as a box of rocks. However, the show is clearly better for her existence.

Yeah, this is definitely a depreciating asset. The cast was unknown and unheralded while this was filmed. Trying to do it again is a huge mistake and it's gonna suck.

Re: new cast

It always seems like new casts ruin the second season of these reality shows. The first cast always just seems like "normal" people (I use the term loosely with the jersey shore crew). The second season always tends to be filled with models and body builders as opposed to just everyday people.

not to mention the 2nd cast will go into it with one goal in mind....to outdo the first cast. it will be entirely fake.

Snooki will be at a bar in Rochester, NY tomorrow... I plan on attending, will try to get pics

Question to you - so, as this was Manhattan, I'm assuming the crowd was largely comprised of hipsters dressed up like guidos for some ironic fun? Sprinkled with maybe some actual real life BnT guidos? Or was it actaully all BnT guidos who made the trek to Manhattan to support their boy? (Pictures indicate otherwise.)

It was pretty much all rich, upper East and West side Manhattanites living out their guido fantasies. I don't think there were really any authentic guidos. I include myself in the mix. I was gonna get a haircut like 2 weeks ago because it was pretty long, then I heard about the Pauly D thing. Decided to let it grow and go for the Pauly blowout. I've probably used hair product less than 10 times in my whole life. I saw this crazy hair gel. Says on it "L'Oreal Paris Studio Head Lock Mega Gel Hard Hold Gel Ultimate Control & Definition Extreme Hold". When I saw it, I was like, this is what I'm looking for. It was fun to be a guido for one night

Re: the $10K thing, sure it may be a fraction of what they are worth but MTV holds the cards. If they don't go for it they can very easily find suitable replacements. These are not actors, they're very replaceable. I'd argue that it would be better if they bring on a whole new cast because this one is going to be painfully cliche if they return.

Also, as was mentioned it will be a pain in the ass going out for them now that people know about the show. Kind of how some casts of The Real World were stalked and taunted in past seasons.

Finally, what a ******ed tattoo on J-Wow, but hardly surprising.

As previously mentioned, much like Ali G, the best thing for them to do now is to take them out of the location where they're household names, and put them somewhere where'd they're relatively unknown but can still operate as normal.

And i agree/disagree that MTV holds the cards in that yes people do want to watch "Jersey Shore", but if the new people are lame ratings will plummet.

Ya, whoever suggested Europe ITT was on the right track. Just send them to some city known for partying and watch as they offend everyone around them.

Meh. I guess the point I'm trying to make is that once these people became famous, they lost the unique charm they had by default. Now they're just gonna be caricatures of themselves.

I've been fairly surprised that at their appearances, these guys haven't done anything overly ******ed or crazy. And the attempts at stretching their 15 minutes really haven't been that bad either.

I dunno about Europe tbh. They could do Ibiza I guess but I'm not sure what the point would be. Maybe they travel to diff party locations, but having seven ppl do that would be lame.

I think the Challenge/Duel is the no brainer option for a next step, followed by some sort of Situation dating show.

Before The Shore is airing on MTV right now. They're at Snookie's house. Her father wears a doo-rag and has many tattoos.

Sammi's sister seems to be pretty hot, and Sammi herself looks pretty good on this show too.

Sammi's sis was nice
