Bit much to say "from the creators of Game of Thrones" though. They didn't create that, and they didn't create this. Cixin Liu isn't mentioned at all.

Finally got around to watching The Detectorists. I tried it a few years ago and didn't continue. Glad I went back. This is a great show and it has 3 seasons. Unfortunately it got cancelled after that.

My brain's such mush. Found a promising comedy - great cast, really good ratings, etc. Do a search on the forums here to see if anyone's seen it and what they thought.
Only got one mention, from two years ago, and it was by me... *facepalm*

Anyway, the show's called Brassic, they've done 2 more seasons since my initial watch, and both past me and present me think it's very good!

For me The Bear is must see TV. But to be honest, if I wasn't a chef from chicago, I don't know if it would hold my interest.

I thought season 1 was slightly better. Season 2 has too much fawning and fanboying over michelin restaurants and chefs. Richie's stage at Ever was cringey and deviated quite a bit from the realism the show tries to depict.

Barry season 3 hit the gas from the start and never let up. Really fun stuff, which I think was needed to make another show about a "bad man" work.I thought the show's atonality was its weakness in the first two seasons but they leaned in and made it a strength in season 3,
The season started hotter than it ended but i think it was their strongest showing yet. I'm excited to finish it. Unfortunate that this show was kind of overshadowed by Succession. No Barry thread on here is upsetting, but half-hour shows don't always get enough love.
I dont know when the series was limited to 4 seasons but I think it helped that we didnt linger on much.

Think I've only seen S01. Recall it being a very funny cast, but not a particularly funny show, and I had no real desire to keep watching it. I might give it another shot sometime if I'm bored as it seems to have good ratings.

Yeah… I don’t get the show anymore. Season 1 was pretty good. Season 2 had its moments but was just weird. Season 3 has been terrible. I have a ton of respect for McBride and Co, but I’m kind of over his schtick. Also, the aesthetics of this show bother the **** out of me and I’m not sure why lol

I've enjoyed every episode of Silo. Good world building and I'm ways a sucker for these "peel the onion" type of shows where the mystery is slowly revealed.

Silo ended very strong. I think that's worth picking up again if you quit.

The Bear S2 was amazing. Somehow better than S1.
