at the end of S1 they were just starting to get their operation going on a bigger scale. They found a shady dealer who is buying their product in bulk after Walt showed them he had the balls to walk into their place and basically set off a small bomb.

Also, Walt's brother in law is a cop on a drug bust task force who found a mask at a drug lab site that came from the school Walt works at.

I watched the entire first episode last night and today. Cranston's acting is fantastic IMO. I love Walter Jr. but Skyler makes me want to choke her. I think that's kind of the point though.

Very good show.

Funny that I missed the entire S1, but could connect pretty easily to the plot. Only aspect it feels like I missed might be Walt Jr. - not sure what kind of role that kid plays.

Good start to the season even though the "cliffhanger" of Walt going off with Tuco is kinda pointless since we know he won't die.

Wow, I watched and enjoyed the first season but totally forgot about this show. I'm so glad my DVR picked it up again because I hadn't heard about a 2nd season and assumed it got cancelled.

Loved episode 1 of season two. The show is just so edgy, certain parts are so graphic it makes me tense up a little bit, which is definately a cool thing. I was kinda mad at Walt though after the kitchen scene where he throws skyler against the fridge and does his business... he's turning into a madman

I loved season 1 and I loved the start to season 2. One of my new favorite shows.

How can I see the first season at this point? It wasn't on HULU, and I don't really know any other way to find this stuff. Seems like a really cool idea for a show.

It's not the cliffhanger, but what it sometimes is a sign of. I want the hour to have a beginning, middle, and end. Better story telling is harder.

That said. I found this show a week ago and quickly watched season 1. I think it is excellent.

To an earlier post, I think the way the wife is is essential to the show.

I am happy I found out about this show. I caught the the last episode of season one by accident like 6months ago. When the last episode of the shield aired I didnt have any show to watch and I still remembered the premise of this show so I googled it.

Totally agree. WTF was that about? He took days to kill a cold-blooded drug dealer/murderer but rapes his 8-month pregnant wife just like that??

yea i thought the first eppy of season 2 was rather bland. no cool moments from season 1 like more of the characters backstory or stuff like that. some of the acting was pretty terrible, too, i hope it improves and i have faith it will but s02e01 wasn't very good and some of the premises from the episode wasn't good. season 1 is the nut nut, hopefully season 2 is jus picking up

Calling that rape is trivializing the circumstances that surrounded it - she wasn't resisting until it was clear he was not in control of himself. And that was really what the scene was about. He lost control - not with some stranger, but with his wife - and regained it after a moment. I wouldn't be surprised to see him regress further as the show continues.
