Compared to Purdue Harbor, so well managed (and a bit lucky). But preventing mistakes when things are going poorly worked so much better than the chaos we had against Purdue. Obviously a terrible game, but coming out with a W is huge.

I swear Bauserman looks worse every time he plays. It's like Office Space, every snap he takes is the worst play of his career. How can Guiton possibly be worse than him? Plus he's 25 so theoretically he should be physically and mentally superior than other college QBs (Weinke, Jason White), but he looks worse.

wow Moeller does run incredibly bad.

poor bauersman - guy looked so out of place. that's what i've been saying though... we need our backup QBs to gain some experience... and quickly! we cannot risk another game like illinois - pryor goes down and we cannot move the ball! i didn't get how bauserman couldn't just throw a few quick hits to keep the D honest, and then hand off to boom every play?!

Quick Question,

If Pryor was to miss an extended amount of time (say 3-5 weeks), how do you think you guys would do?

The race for most annoying person on the planet is an intense one, but for the ADD-afflicted and other mental gearmashers no one, and we mean not one person in this entire spinning nickel-centered marvelous crapheap of a planet is more annoying than Captain Obvious.

...

"You know, Denard Robinson is gonna get hurt, and then where will Michigan be?"

We would rather have lunch with Captain Obvious's cousin, Dr. Obviously Inflammatory Statement, than spend two seconds with Captain Obvious, and no more so than when the basic pattern of "Hey, that good guy is going to get injured, and then [DOOMBOTS CREEPING THE HORIZON.]" Football is a violent sport, and any star player stands a chance of getting hurt, especially if he's burning through cleats weekly like Robinson is doing. When that person leaves the team loses some talent, and it is generally replaced by inferior talent. Final step: DURRRRRRRRRP.

The question applies so universally that it has no specific value. Plug it in with any player: "What if Terrelle Pryor gets hurt?" (Answer: "They'll play the next incarnation of Todd Boeckman behind him.") "What if John Brantley gets hurt, and then where will Florida be?" (Answer: "We'll just give up on the pass game entirely and bypass those frustrating drops on four yard hitches called on 3rd and 5," that's what we'll do.) "What if Jordan Jefferson gets hurt?" Well, LSU will probably play Jarrett Lee, and then really spectacular things start happening.

Captain Obvious isn't there to help. He's there to flex nuts on you by stating the ridiculously ****ing obvious and thinking it's a feat. He also pisses and calls himself the rainmaker, and not even in an ironic, R. Kelly kind of way. **** this guy and every sports talk radio caller ever like him.*

Depends on the game and if we had lolbauserman or Kenny G in.

Indiana - win 90%+
Wisconsin - 30% chance win
Purdue - win 90%+
@ Minnesota - win 90%+
PSU - win 40%
@ Iowa - win 20%
Michigan - win 60%

Just to let you guys know, once you've gotten used to it you can juggernaut NCAA 11 online with OSU running GTs playbook. Obviously this is important.

What do you guys think your chances of running the table are? (Edit: Just regular season, not NC game)

How about just B10 title?

^^ I wouldn't mind a small wager if a fair line could bet set.

Also: MORTAL LOCK 4 BOTH

I had us at 20-25% before the season started. With the Miami game behind, Wisconsin looking a lot worse than expected, I'd bump it up to 35% now.

Big Ten Title - comes a lot to the Iowa game. 50% outright, 75% shared.

Any week except Indiana, Purdue, or Minnesota.

We could run the Dave play every play and win by 2 scores in those games.

i respectfully disagree. i've been at games that we could "never" lose only to see the team totally stb. if pryor goes down, we can lose any of the 3 games you mention.

even w/ a healthy pryor, we can lose to iowa, wisc, and michigan. psu is pretty bad but they are still psu and anything can happen.

Pretty good game breakdown on ATO. I didn't get to watch much again (bought a house) but Ross seems to know his stuff. The end of the article is very interesting. He basically says Saine was awful. Watch those clips. He misses some huge holes/cutbacks.

Most of those cases are just plain overconfidence where a team is underestimated. Purdue last year was not one of those teams. There may be bad performances, but I can't think of any BCS years that we've actually were in legit danger of losing against absolutely awful teams. The only one I can think of is Marshall 2004.

Minnesota, Purdue, and Indiana are worse than 80+ DI-A teams. They are really really awful. Possibly worse than anyone we have played so far except EMU.

Saine needs to be a WR. He's an excellent receiver and can make things happen in space, but he never finds a hole. I really want to see more of Berry and Hall.
