The whole play, with replays and J Pete commentary:

Look at the view of the play that the ref had, and his attitude after it was over. Such bull****.

Left arm definitely hit, didn't look like the right arm was touched. Obviously a foul, but I wasn't surprised one bit nothing was called.

Looks to me like the follow through with the right hand was obstructed as well. Either way, obvious foul. Obvious superstar bias.

Of course they didn't call it - that's what the refs are probably instructed to do by the league - let the superstars get away with almost anything they want. **** the NBA.

The league needs the Lakers in the playoffs. There was no way they were letting us win that game. Even if it went to OT, expect some extremely biased calls. Lol NBA.

‏canis wants Oladipo. I agree. I think he'd be a great fit at the 2.

There are a few guys I think I'd be happy with - Oladipo is one of them. I think vjl110 (the guy making all those charts) said he'd take Otto Porter if we got the #1 pick.

I was at the game - never noticed DC was hurt, but heard on the radio he played after leaving with the hand issue. Must not have been much of a problem I guess.

I was a bit concerned about Rubio - when thug Perkins fouled him he seemed to hurt his elbow. Anyone hear anything about that?

That was a fun game!! We beat OKC twice short handed this season. We match up well vs them. PEK just destroys Perkins. Rubio is awesome. AK gives Durant problems. Think about what could have been this year had Love & Bud stayed healthy.

“They came out and executed their offense and it was tough to stop. They move the ball so well and spread you out and pick-and-roll, and they got so many great passers and slashers and shooters. You really have to be on point every minute of the game against them. You can’t have any mistakes because they execute on it all.”
—Kevin Durant on the Timberwolves offense last night
Quote:
The 101 points scored by the Wolves are part of a recent offensive surge where they’ve averaged just over 100 points over their past 11 games. In seven games previous to this streak, the Wolves were limited to just 86.3 points per game, and the Thunder had limited their last three opponents to just 85.7 points per game. But the Wolves attacked the Thunder for all 48 minutes tonight.

That 11-game stretch with the higher scoring started with the Wolves’ win against San Antonio, the other team vying for the best Western Conference record. In a short-handed contest for both teams that night, Ricky Rubio notched his first NBA triple double. Note: It was three more games until Pekovic came back – in the Wolves’ next win, the solid dispatching of New Orleans. Budinger, meanwhile, didn’t return for another five games.
Quote:
Pekovic continues to be a beast inside for the Wolves. After rolling for 18 points and 11 boards in a blow-out of Detroit last Tuesday, he went toe-to-toe with Dwight Howard on Wednesday, going off for 19 points and 16 boards. Kendrick Perkins didn’t fare any better tonight against the big Grecian. He fouled out with just two points and five rebounds. (PEK had 22/15 vs Perkins)

I didn't see the game, did AK guard him at all? I mean he was 13-19.

yeah. AK guarded him about 2/3 of the time and made him work for it. I doubt anyone not named Lebron would have done any better, and I'm pretty sure Durant would have had ~50 if AK hadnt played. Durant is just awesome. He was 9/10 at one point vs some pretty good defense.

I think Rubio frustrated the hell out of Westbrook too. Westbrook had that smug smirk on his face when Ridnour was on him, but not when Rubio was.

The whole team played outstanding defense most of the game.
