Yea i mean we're definitely gonna be competitive for awhile at least...which is great. However, it's gonna get harder and harder to compete against the big market teams with huge tv deals going forward. We're stuck with a terrible tv deal for like 25 more years or something ridiculous and our attendance has been good but not great. Our payroll is going to continue to hang in the 80-90mil range while everyone else moves past us.

And while our scouting has always been great i'm not exactly comfortable with the fact that they're all 'old school' guys. We need to move more towards sabermetrics soon or we'll be left behind. I doubt the Braves even have one sabermetrician or statistician or whatever....hope i'm wrong
