Didn't read this whole thing but I got one.

PLEASSEEE please please make it so that you can request the time bank at all times, just make that time bank button always there intead of only showing up 3 seconds before you time out. I just timed out of a 300bb pot with the nuts because of this and obviously im pissed. Thanks, imma go beat the dog now.

Meh I don't really own one don't trip.

But seriously rpm please change this. If you're multi tabling and kno you want time on one table you should be able to request right away, take care of action on your other tables and come back. As it stands now u need to wait till JUST before you time out. It shouldn't be a reflex game just to make sure you don't time out. Thanks.

1) Some form of two-factor authentication
2) Sync MTT SNG breaks
3) There are not enough non-US players, and the flow of recreational players isn't as big as the amount of regs signing up. Cut rake to be competitive and advertise in places besides poker forums.

Not this. The player pool has increased recently, but it is not large enough to support splitting it in 3 as of right now, imo.

Uhhh, so I just opened my Task Manager and saw that the RPM client's memory usage is constantly fluctuating between ~200 and 350mb. This is while 10-tabling.

That's pretty bad.

Could we get a conversion rate for tournament tickets/coupons/entries? Currently my only deposit method is Western Union- once a week. A couple of bad days and now I have to wait until Sunday to play in the 100k guaranteed. I would much rather convert the $109 ticket to either tournament dollars or cash( maybe a 10% conversion fee on cash would be fair enough).

Please look at the structure in the hu hyper sngs. Its really bad for the most part you are flipping in these. Ftps hypers should be looked at and copied
