Please put the 8:30pm est $2 r/a tourney on synchronized breaks with the others at 55 minutes of the hour. When we have more than 1 tourney going it is real annoying you have to choose which tourney to lose money in take a food break or other.

The tourneys payouts are top heavy in the top two spots, it should be more spread out among the top 4 spots. Please do not flatten it out anymore than that.

Add Low Limit Tourney Request

Please add more low limit($5 freeze outs and another $2 rebuy/addon and a $4 rebuy/addon) full-ring tournaments in the evening US time. I like to multi-table but there are very few low limit tourneys to choose from. It would be great to have them in the 8pm -11pm est timeframe.

RPM Specific live chat support is available daily from 12PM PST to 9PM PST, which is 3PM EST to 12AM EST.

Haven't read through the thread so i don't know if it's been brought up or not. I told Jon earlier that I think it'd be great to include RPM on the list of Merge skins that share the SNG Leaderboard promo. Offers great value for players and could draw more players to the games.

7. MTT and SNG filters need several new options such as filter by game type or by the icons in the legend.

8. Show available VIP points and tourney tickets underneath where it shows your cash balance in the lobby. It's kinda stupid that I have to click on a tournament, then click register, then close the registration window, then click register again all just to find out how many VIP points I currently have. Did I say kinda stupid? It's actually ridiculous.

9. Way too much lag and memory consumption from the client!

10. When cascading, the table that I choose the cascade option on should automatically show at the front of the line.

11. When tiling, the tables should set in the section they're nearest. That way, when I move a table to the bottom left corner, for example, tiling will set it in that particular corner, and not back up to the top right as if it were "memorized" there as the current setup does. The grid option is worthless imo and should be done away with.

12. Some kind of hot key to cascade, tile, default size a table, etc.

13. Auto add-on and double-rebuy buttons. There should be an easy way to rebuy so that it is easily done before the start of the next hand if I'm eligible.

14. If we have pending bonuses that we're not currently clearing, we should know about them. There should be a way for us to choose which bonus we want to clear first like in a queue without having to contact support. In other words, automate that ish!

15. Please color code all "balance adjustment" and "bonus" entries in the ledgers. Or at least do something to make them easier to find. Ledgers can get lengthy and it's very hard to find certain items you're looking for when every single entry looks the same. Also, it would be nice to note the date for which an adjustment or bonus is in reference to.

16. A min-cash in an MTT should be at least breakeven so a $10+1 minimum cash should pay $11. Cashing in a tourney and losing money is stupid.

17. More time to sit out in cash games. It's kind of annoying to sit out all tables, take a ****, and find out you've been booted from all tables...

Please remove $11 rebuys from the low limit leaderboard. These are not low limit tourneys, only high limit guys can afford to play them. The average buy-in turns out to be at least $24 to $25.

The following are $11 rebuys including Average Buy-in

August 3rd- ABI $24.37 & $25.55
August 2nd- ABI $26.00
August 1st- ABI $26.31, $24, $24.61

Besides the fact that these are not low limit tourneys, low limit players can not compete with regs who play the $11 rebuys.

There seems to be enough traffic to support at least 2-3 no limit (non bounty) full-ring tourneys each hour during the evenings. Would love to see a $4 rebuy in the evening and another $3 rebuy around 11-12 eastern.

When a bunch of people are waiting for a full ring table but no one wants to start it extra shorthanded why don't you throw everyone on there and start it up w high card for button like a live table? I see a table with 0/9 and 7 waiting maybe everyone clicks minimum of 8 players but seems like most people would want to get it going with 7

Would really like to see Merge do something about temporary chat bans. I've played long enough to deal with anything in the chat box, but a lot of newbs and recreational players do not have as thick skin. I hate to see these kind of players leave and not redeposit.

It doesn't have to be a big cost. I believe many sites including party poker started off with volunteer mods, just like you have on forums, with just preset messages and ability to temp ban players from chat. It is pretty ugly in the chat box. I play 4-12 hours a day in tourneys on RPM and not sure how many times a day a fish on a suckout gets to read "die you motherf@!ing whore, go just die" and on and on till his 2 minute window expires.

I noticed this today. Get rid of the slowrolls and consider speeding up the mucking and the allin runouts a little

Then zero inprovements has really been a letdown. Thought it just might slow because of all the new players after bf, but comeon three months and we havent gotten one thing from this thread that we have asked for. Might as well lock it up.

All of the allegations have been passed to the fraud and security team; it is being looked into.
