Just another mention of changing the bet slider and the 2x 4x 8x options. I too have made the mistake of clicking in the slider rail and it automatically goes all in. We really need to implement another security feature as some have stated rather than just a log-in PW. Might as well also mention the HH really needs some updating as in creating a replayer and making the HH somewhat easier on the eyes as well as seeing the info we want to see right away.

I know this may not be possible....but one of the reasons why Merge is such a great network is that there has been no PTR. People playing HU can tell if you are a reg or not, but they cannot tell if you are a winner. With PTR now tracking Merge, HU is going to turn into a bum-hunting fest the way it is everywhere else. Sad day. So I guess my question is: is there anyway for Merge to not allow PTR to upload HH? Or is this a little more difficult than it sounds?

1. Please give us an option to hide the "BlackJack21" symbol from our screen.

2. The in-game hand history is awful. It needs to show how many chips each player had at the beginning of the hand. It's also very confusing/cluttered. Revamp please...

3. Speaking of text, the chat box is also too cluttered. It should be blank when only player chat is displayed. Nobody ever looks at the chat box to find out who won or what their hand is/was. We have the in-game hand histories for that.

4. 6-max NLO8 tables please. Also, your NLO8 SNGs are messed up. There's a NLO8 HU SNG that says "0/2000" in the lobby lol

5. Docking feature.

6. Vertical re-sizing for the lobby.

7. Eliminate all pop-ups from MTTs. Any pertinent pop-ups should appear and disappear quickly, or when we click on it so it goes away.

8. Access to the tournament lobby with one click please!

9. MTT and SNG filters need several new options.

10. Show available VIP points with cash balance in the lobby.

11. Way too much lag and memory consumption.

12. When cascading, the table that I choose the cascade option on should automatically show at the front of the line.

13. When tiling, the tables should set in the section they're nearest. That way, when I move a table to the bottom left corner, for example, tiling will set it in that particular corner, and not back up to the top right, as the current setup would do.

14. Some kind of hot key to cascade, tile, default size a table, etc.

I really don't want to nit pick here, but I think the way this is worded makes the display look somewhat unprofessional. Am I turning a mound to a mountain here? I think it should read as "3rd Gear" or which would still be wrong but at least "Gear 3".

Please fix the sng lobby Seth. Get rid of the dumb nl omaha. which no one plays, fix the st hu sng structure to allow for some play. They are a joke. If you are going to keep them the way they are now just lable them coinflip sngs. And please add some 5-6 $ ones and some 10s.

The action indication ( a solid white surround) is functionally lacking. At times, there is no evidence at all that the client is not frozen.

When a hand is concluded, especially when someone is eliminated in a tournament, the action is significantly too quick. It is not obvious who won the hand or what hand they held. Yes it is in chat, but it needs to be slowed down on the table. The awarding of the pot needs to go slower and there need to be some built in pauses so the action can be mentally processed.
Player “Tags” (Shark, donkey, etc.) are useless. They are too small when utilized and are of nominal value because they cannot be customized. People track various things about players; these tags are trivial. Again, think PokerStars’ color coded, customizable color tags.
Sound controls are lacking. I might want to hear more than just MY sounds, but do I really need to hear a lame “card shuffling” sound before EVERY hand dealt? This makes me just want to punch the monitor. It is "auditory clutter".
In general, the main Lobby organization and filter is a mess. I could write at least two pages on this topic alone. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, look at PS’ lobby.
Put a table lobby button on the table interface. Lose the BJ icon.
Take the “Folded XX” text info off the table. Again, it is clutter. If someone wants to know what they folded, they have the “folded” mouseover functionality.
Show the chips in the pot, in multiple stacks by chip denomination at all times , not just a number in parentheses.
Tournament playing stats are reset upon changing tables. This is most likely a bug. What sense could it possibly make? As it stands, it is of nominal importance because the info provided is so bad anyway. Again, PS’ table stats with the capability of choosing when to reset.
Clear the table of cards at breaks. From across the room it would be easier to tell if the tournament has resumed.
Update the player chip stack total in the table lobby quicker after a hand is finished.
Show tournament running time in the table lobby, not the date and time it started.
Show next tournament level in “time until”, not time of next level, or just eliminate it entirely from the table lobby since it is displayed on the table.
In a tournament, when being moved, why ask a player’s agreement to be moved?
Introduce an RSA key or at LEAST a clickable PIN for added password security. Not having this is just ridiculous.
As a part of “totally re-working the main lobby”, which I have already mentioned, is sorely needed, there needs to be a system of “Satellites to this tournament” and “This is a satellite to XXX”, with clickable links to those tournaments. It would be SO much easier than having to dig through that mess of a Lobby. Again, most of this has already been “perfected”.

The interface is SO crucial to making the game playable. The current interface isn’t horrible, but I does need a lot of work so it doesn’t make players tired, due to clutter, or make them “work” to something that should be easy.

If anyone at RPM wants to PM for clarification, I would be happy to help.

When these waiting lists get over 9 players, especially when the table is actually empty, you need to do what B&M casinos do and start an "interest" list. Just a simple pop up that a player would click to confirm, once you get 70-80% of the table filled open it up and auto seat the players. This might actually double the FR traffic for you.

If I understand you, you are suggesting that when a waitlist gets to about 80% of a full table, then they should just start a new table with those on the list? If so, I like it. But I think lots will deny the seating since they are most likely waiting on a particular player. Still, good idea to at least have the option.

A poster in a different thread mentioned that Merge is going to have a major software upgrade.

Does anyone have any info as to if it's true and when it will happen.

If they do, I'm sure that we'll see alot of our recommendations incorporated in the upgrade.

Is there anyway I can make it so that the poker table never goes into mini mode vs normal mode? I just like the view of normal mode better but sometimes mini mode comes up when I play a lot of sit and gos.

Some will deny for that reason I suppose. But I think a fair number of people are just getting on every waitlist for as many tables as they can (clicking the "join all waitlists" thingee) and are perhaps just annoyed that they can't get to their desired number of tables as quickly as they would like.

When tiling, I think it quikly gets to a point where Normal mode text is too small and so it defaults to Mini mode. I'm sure they could set it up to not switch to Mini mode. But then the suggestion box would be full of people asking for Normal mode text to be bigger when tiling many tables. Which was in point the main reason for creating Mini mode.

Feel like venting a little bit. Not a big deal and I know I'm oversimplifying:
Customer Service needs to respond faster.

My silly situation: Received a transfer to play on RPM. Had not deposited so no deposit bonus. Played 2500 hands on Thursday for the $150 bonus and sent a couple e-mails asking for it to be applied to my account now (instead of later) so that I could begin clearing it. No response. Nothing added. I received the $109 tourney ticket from my Wednesday play just fine fwiw.

So I'm a little bit annoyed that I'm not getting the extra rakeback for clearing a bonus that I feel I should be. Decide to finally make a small deposit (got my Western Union online deposit code in the mail finally) because I'll make up the WU fee for depositing fairly quickly and it will be +EV....and the deposit goes through and is in my account in 60 seconds.

Now I'm not complaining about a deposit being processed THAT quickly. But I can't help but wonder why very basic e-mails can't be responded to or cashouts processed while the site is able to accept the money/deposit so ultra-fast.

The same priority that is placed on accepting the deposits needs to be placed on those other aspects. Again, I know I'm over-simplifying things here. But when a deposit is taken in 60 seconds but e-mails aren't answered after 5 days it does tend to leave the customer with that understandable impression that taking the money is all that really matters.

Anyway, after all that I do want to clarify that I really am enjoying the site and the different promotions, etc. Will probably do KingoftheRoad thing too (especially now that I have a bonus to clear off while I'm doing it) and am looking forward to it.
