when is the next round?

Pairings will go up some time today. There's at least a couple of unplayed matches though, for this round, so I assume we'll probably wait as long as possible to try to get those in first. Expect round 5 pairings later tonight.

for being the last round/pairing, probably tomorrow. (need to eliminate player(s), make a "count" of points for tiebreaks, etc.).

What's the ruling on unplayed matches (in terms of us waiting)?

If someone's too busy to play a match of 4 games in a given week then they shouldn't participate in the tournament.

Prior to this round, the rule has been that we don't wait. Pairings go up on Sunday. Unplayed matches are either a forfeit win if one person posts itt, and the other is a no-show, or else a draw if neither person posts or if both post that they were unable to come to an agreement about when to play.

Anyone who misses two rounds is eliminated from the tourney. From DON CASTI's post, it looks like this is the reason for a delay this round. Too many eliminations need to happen, which is slowing down the pairings

I'm pretty sure signups for Tourney IV will take longer to finish than the rest of this Tourney will. Starting signups now won't actually lead to overlap, it will just allow us to start the next one as soon as this one is over without having to wait unnecessarily.
