how about let everyone loose at the food court?
geez man **** your life. That sound slike a tough crowd to please
Maybe I'm overselling it, but we do have 4 kids 10&under, a senior that eats roughly like a child, and 2-3 steak-well-done-ers. And a parent who "doesn't eat Mexican," but I kind of sympathize since it was a food poisoning thing (...and I do t drink whiskey anymore for a similar reason).
Were probably doing a nice buffet brunch the next morning (hell we might even be doing post-bachelor(ette) party hungover buffet brunch on wedding day) which makes the dinner buffet less attractive anyway, so I shouldn't pin it all on the crowd.
But yes, tough crowd to please. I was voting for Jaleo (even after our relatively disappointing meal at e') but there has to be a slightly more accommodating option. Fine dining is pretty much out (expense + it's a party and there's gonna be some boozin!), which i feel like cuts a huge range of the "American" places out. Off strip is not completely out, but SO and I do want good food, and the off strip places we love are pretty much Thai or Japanese.
It's funny when you know everyone and their food pickiness and you're not even worried about the Celiac and the vegetarian because other people are way pickier and you just dont want to hear anyone bitch.
Battista's was suggested to me, which could be fun. But yeah this is a Saturday at 730 or so, and transportation for 40 is going to be a nightmare.
But honestly this wedding planning is so easy and going so smoothly that this part, while a bit annoying, really doesn't bother me at all.
