That’s not really relevant although it’s in the same vein. We aren’t talking Kylie Jenner giving make up tips

Props to Brad Owen - his are the only vlogger videos (aside from the occasional Boski ones) where I don't forward over at least a chunk of the content. They're the right length and he devotes enough but not too much time to each hand. Andrew is fine, but I feel like he's largely going through the motions nowadays, and it comes across - at least to me - on his vids.

Separate point - in Brad's latest video he mentions a couple of people who traveled to the MUG in Houston. I figure these MUGs are a haven for regs/pros who want to try and feast on fanboys, but could they really fly out to these things -- is that +EV? Or are the guys who go to all of these just folks who have the time and money to do so?

If you live relatively close and can get a cheap Southwest flight and hotel night then maybe. $200 RT flight, $150 hotel, $50 transportation = $400 (probably much higher when you factor in parking, food etc)

The winrate they would assume at the MUG would have to be in addition to what they normally win at their regular places. So if they win 8 BB/hr they'd need to win significantly more at the MUG.

Could be that they just want to hang out and play?

Pretty sure Kylie Jenner has a lot more influence than simply "giving make up tips." People worship celebrities.

In my latest video we go a slightly different direction and talk about the lawsuit filed against Mike Postle. If you have any questions please DM me or post them and I may cover them in a Pt. 2 video. Enjoy!

RDP banning video is out. About what I expected. Loved the interspersing of Casino footage.

How do they not at least refund him his second bullet? Yes, I get that it's not like actual money ala chips at a cash game or table game, or money in a slot, but if I was him I'd have at least asked for my second entry fee back since technically he was still alive in the tourney.

i guess that's policy, but i thought that was BS too. also, he probably has a ton of comp bucks on his card that are just flushed down the toilet now. what do they do with the stack in that situation? blind it down? do they just take it out of the tourney?

With the complexity of the allegations and the lack of any physical evidence, and the fact that it results from "gambling", what do you think the chances are that a judge throws out the case from the start?

To me it looked like the case was thrown together quickly just to be the first ones to file. For instance Jeff Boski talked about a hand he lost to POStle on several interviews where he lost set over set. Whether or not POStle saw his cards, the hand would have likely ended the same way. Does that justify him getting a piece of $10MM?

Another lawyer poster earlier said he found out there is a criminal investigation. Usually when people are found cheating in casinos, the casino provides law enforcement with all the evidence such as surveillance footage of the incident. My concern here is that Stones isn't too motivated to cooperate with a criminal investigation, especially if one or more of their employees was in on it which would look very bad for Stones.

At the very least the name Mike POStle is now a household name and a known cheat in the poker community if nothing else were to come out of the investigation. At least he's been shut down.

Did not get too far in, sorry.

First name only ...

"I am a attorney, not practicing currently" .....

Decent enough, but did not go all the way through it.

I suppose I got as far as you. However, he said "an attorney" and his full name is right on his channel, ffs.

I clicked on it here on 2+2, not on his channel ... I'll try again.

Nope, he says, "My name is Scott .... I am a uh attorney".

Still a decent video attempt to describe the complaint.

"ffs" ?

His channel name is his full name. He says "an attorney." Closed captioning agrees with me on this.

If the plaintiffs are lucky, that's what will happen. Then the defendants won't have a chance to run up a bunch of costs that the plaintiffs will end up having to pay when they lose.
