If your HUD is working and the "Players" tab is correct then you had the same problem as me.
It's something to do with indexes getting ****ed up in the SQL DB, I contacted HEM support and they were quite good. They offered to sort it with teamviewer but I had a day away from the PC so I just made a new DB and re-imported everything.
That said it might not be as serious as that.

Anyhow if you are trying to get help email HEM support rather than their forums.

I think what happend was I tried to import 2+ million hands and it was only 1.5 unique and some duplicates ended up causing errors or something. Its working at the moment although i didnt load 600k hands from last year.

2m+ hands? You haven't played so many hands, have you?

Also currently I am importing ~3m hands into PT3 but probably I'll get 1.5m error because PT3 dosen't support prima network yet. Currently ~3h and 900k hands imported. It's faster than HEM imo.

Just wait and dont touch anything but self. Give it some time because you imported ****load of hands and it may take more time. Go and sleep or do something else (touch self for example) and check it in 2-3 hours. If it still optimize, then punch the wall or something like..

omg that was the funniest experience playing poker I have ever had

in florida visiting a friend and we went to the local casino (the racetrack obv) to be degenerates and play some cards. however florida law says that the maximum buy-in at any cash game is $100 for some reason so we played 5/10 NL with $100 stacks. the $100 rule was enforced better than the U.S. - Mexico border so you basically had to shove any top 10% hand and hope to win the inevitable 6 way showdown in order to chip up and get to a 30BB "deep stack" with the fishies. I could fill a book with all of the lol quotes I heard in 2 hours.
