Mine is just under 20%
So which stat in HEM is the (flop cbet)*(turn cbet)*(river cbet)?

If anyone ITT has a dog and needs any advice or has some behaviour they'd like the dog to stop doing or any kind of stuff like that, feel free to drop me a PM and I'll be glad to talk to you about it and try to help.

how in the hell do i get my dog to stop barking? he barks at anything. a noise, someone coming up the stairs outside, a car door slamming, i think he just barks to hear himself bark sometimes. i've been through a couple bark collars, and they seem to work ok while he is wearing them, but as soon as i take the collar off he becomes a barking badass again.

made me laugh, and that's for majority of dogs. just have to deal with it. good thing i don't have any pets

although i tend to think that Russian pets are much well behaved than American ones

as for pujols, the cubs only signed pena to a 1 year deal at first base, and i actually believe its because they were thinking ahead to signing pujols when he becomes a free agent. they have the money for him and are willing to spend it i believe. i think we see pujols in cubby blue in 2012.
haha wow a littttle optimistic lol

Rotation could be avg-good if everything goes right but I mean cmon, chances of that happening with those bunch of knuckleheads is pretty low. And no ****ing way it's better than Mil.

And wtf at best bullpen just stop.

NL Central I like the Brewers.

NL East yea Phils are gonna be unbeatable pretty much. Braves win wildcard going away.

NL West I think COL is gonna be pretty good and battle SF for 1st.

ATL > MIL..PHI > COL..PHI > ATL...PHI > Boston for WS

it's february and all cub fans are optimistic. then at some point they'll lose two games in a row and everybody will want to fire the manager. then at some point they'll win two games in a row and everybody will expect a world series.

rinse and repeat.

OMG, Brewhas??? I mean i like them and all.. But dont forget my Cardinals.. We have a solid 5 man rotation and good pen. If Berkman goes off, watch out! Pujols, Holliday, Berkman, Rasmus!

pm me with your AIM/skype and i'll be happy to try to help you out. I say that because it's a bit more complicated than just outright giving you universal advice, there's questions to be asked, etc and I'd rather not clutter up the thread as it can get pretty long.

what I can tell you, however, is there's no "quick-fix". you need to work on it together with your canine friend. I'm not familiar with bark collars, although I assume them to be something along the lines of a collar that sprays him/her with water when he/she barks. That's fun and all but it's just like treating pain with ibuprofen. It might treat the symptoms, but the underlying cause remains.

fwiw I recommend anyone who has a dog or is thinking about getting one to watch that show. The only real reality show out there and the man knows what he's talking about. tried and tested.

so many people misunderstand dogs and the dog-human relationship it's not even funny. as soon as I get out of bustoville and start crushing 1/2 first thing I'm gonna do is start a dog psychology center of sorts where I'm at. So many people here own dogs and so few of them even know how to properly walk a dog. It's sad, cause it directly affects the dog in a negative way, and people think the dog is happy when he's actually anxious/nervous and the whole thing can (and often does) easily snowball.

Yea STL is definitely gonna be solid. Not sure i'd be expecting too much outta Berkman though. 35 and coming off 2 injury plagued years.

Kinda hopin Pujols gets hurt and you guys trade Rasmus to us at the deadline though lol

he's an inspiration to me. the man is amazing and I'd jump at the chance to work with him. this coming from someone who loathes jobs to the point I quit uni.

I've just recently adopted two rescued dogs and his (dog whisperer's) advice is spot on. We've got these guys, who were uber nuisances at the "shelter" to be almost model dogs. Obv still have some work with them (it's only been a couple of weeks and they've been castrated during this period, so it's been a difficult time) and it's hard what with me needing a cane to walk (exercise is unbelievably important to dogs), but the improvement is massive.

@ disco, one universal piece of advice I can give you, and most other dog owners is get your dog a dog backpack and put a couple of small (full) bottles of water in them. Your mind will be blown by the difference this makes on walks and subsequently after walks. The concept behind this is twofold:

1) It drains the dog's energy faster on a walk. A tired dog is less aggressive, less nervous, less prone to barking and more prone to suggestion.
2) It gives the dog a sense of purpose while walking. Walking can be pretty boring for your canine buddy. Adding a backpack, however, makes him feel like he's being useful. This not only serves to fulfill his wish to serve/help his owner/pack leader, but also helps him focus more on the walk because it creates more of a challenge. This leads to, predominantly, less pulling of the leash.
