I just did that 2nd Black Card members survey.

Did they seriously take away a chunk of my RB and then ask me whether I liked the ****ing box my Black Card came in?

RB just hit! Also just answered black card survey. What are some of you guys requesting?

I just said I wanted instant cash bonuses and for them to make the card worth 35% ish RB like supernova is on stars. Anything important I left out?

just reaized my black card is going to my old address. nice surpise i guess.

I think the survey is great. the line of questioning leads me to believe they are strongly considering some good changes. I told them they have until i clear my year end iron man bonus . I suggest everyone do the same and let them know there's some urgency to make things better.

i'm assuming he means HKD, and not US$? Otherwise has to be a level.
