actually Rickie (DG #10) is battling some no name w the surname Morikawa. yawn. the PGA Tour is so boring
Good for Rickie. He’s going to be everybody’s play at at the British. Too bad barely anybody watched with the early tee times.

2 sub 20/1 players battling at a birdie fest isn’t all that interesting. Those are the tourneys where it’s cool to see a long shot win.

LIV needs to embrace the gambling potential of this asap. The need shotlink data and stats asap. Even the eurotard has those although they’re questionable at best.

the thread accounting team respectfully requests proof of receipts for the hypothesized leaderboard domination or other evidence suggesting the liver tour is nothing different from a saudi laundomat for organists willing to dip their fingers into the honey pot while simultaneously taking pleasure in licking the keys off while others suffer from their flat notes.

Ha! Most country clubs have rules against this. Regardless, it’s rare that a golfer would do this on the course. Some people that play golf listen to music however.

Those leaked documents look really bad and petty by the PGAT. Drafting a speech for Tiger and wanted him to use Charlie is pretty brutal. Tiger denied he was there or gave a speech today.

2023 Masters had 3/15 LIV players T2, T2, T4. PGA got the other 7, but the percentage per tour was in favor of LIV.

2023 PGA Championship had 3/16 players= the winner, T4, and T9. Same story all over again of percentages favoring LIV.

2023 US Open was dominated by the PGA Tour. Win PGA

2-1 LIV so far.

i'm not sure how anybody in accounting could dispute the result of these calculations when subjected to the pressure test of an audit.

You’re correct in that the 3/15 LIV golfers available to play in the tourney winning or T10ing 2 of the 3 majors so far is better percentage wise than the other 7 PGA players making up the remaining leaderboard vs number of golfers they trotted out. They did win the US Open though.

Zero reason for it to be LIV vs PGA though. Most of the players don’t care and are still friends. Unless you’re a billionaire like Tiger Woods that thinks players care about “Jack and Arnie built this we owe them” vs owing their families the best life possible and is pissed at all of them for feeling that way.

Seems like a great crowd happy to have the chance to watch some golf. Good for them and for LIV for bringing it to them. Same for the fans in Illinois watching the John Deer Classic thanks to the PGA Tour. Same for the fans in Denmark watching the Made in Himmerland thanks to the eurotard tour.

Also if anyone asks me to explain why LIV is so remarkably lame and idiotic I will be sure to point them to this tweet

Good to see Wolff in the lead today. Cool dynamic in team golf, the captain calls out his crap play and he starts playing better.

It's just additional proof that the team format of LIV gives players more of an incentive to play better

Good for Wolff, but his captain is a douche. Like other team sports, you don't air your dirty laundry in public. You handle it in house.

Equally surprising is David Puig in 2nd.

Coaches and players call out teammates in the media all the time in sports. I'm sure brooks tried in house before, but douche or not it looks like it might have worked. Also probably helps that Wolff could potentially be relegated if he didn't have a strong finish to the season.

I have not actual knowledge , but I would assume you would have to go play with Patrick Reed every round.

Not sure how it would work with the new merger. But any tour they could play on, Andy Ogletree played mostly on the Asian Tour.

Yes I’m sure Brooks throwing a hissy fit is why Wollf is playing better. Makes a ton of sense

Amazing round by Bryson today. Will be interesting to see what Zack Johnson does for the Ryder Cup. If he doesn't take any of DJ, Bryson, Koepka, Gooch and loses he'll be ridiculed forever.
