Interesting site, thank you. I have it bookmarked. I should have asked these questions over the winter back when I started exercising so I would be in golf shape again.
Yoga is something that I tried before and I liked it. However, I need to look into some videos on YouTube I guess. For some reason I've lost flexibility in my left shoulder so there are probably some poses I can't do. It's got to be arthritis, but I haven't checked with the doctor yet. Instead, I've been lifting weights and that has helped a great deal.
In the meantime, I ordered an orange whip for myself and also my wife. If nothing else, it will help with the tempo and might stop me from coming over the top of the ball.
