The hot ones that do work in beer bars are the ones that prefer the freedom of working in a beer bar (no quotas, etc), or can't really dance, or more often are just lazy and would prefer to sit on a stool all night.

Just saw น้ำชา perform a mini concert at a cosmetic shop in a busto market next to my place. I knew she was cute from her vid, but could not believe how hot she was in person. Maybe the best looking girl I've seen in Thailand. Unfortunately the pics never came out that well.
