thai ppl don't know how to react when they get caught out in a lie.
It's not normal in thai culture to catch ppl out, because when you do, you are making them lose face i.e you're in the wrong.

Hi,

I figured this would be the right thread to post in but if there is a more appropriate one please let me know and I’ll redirect. Basically I’m aiming to spend a couple of months grinding online poker in Thailand early next year and I wondered if anyone had any specific knowledge or experience of playing online poker on the island of Phi Phi? I have been there before and loved it although did not play poker and wasn’t sure if the strength of WIFI/internet connection on the island would support mutli-tabling. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's been awhile but the internet was **** last time I was there. Slow and regular outages.

They have outages there for several hours or more frequently and sometimes for 1, 2, 3 days etc.

Maybe they have improved though.
