I'm not sure exactly what you are referring to BGP, as it's been a while since I've read that, but I was doing a Tommy Angelo esque thing when I folded that AA pre so decent chance what you are referring to fits the bill.

By the way I open folded it UTG so it wasn't some LP situation with multiple AI's in front of me, I would never fold AA pre in that situation...not in a cash game anyway.

Yeah I have read it. I just don't remember the exact scenario he suggested folding it in.

Anyway, mine was I was temporarily testing out only playing hands from LP, literally folding everything from EP and MP. I was supposed to not even bother looking at my EP and MP hands in order to insure I stuck to this rule. In this case I did look down at AA UTG but stuck to my guns and still open folded it. Because I was only playing hands from LP. I believe I was profitable during the stretch I was doing that, although it was a small sample size.

FWIW, I have never recommended to anyone that they fold aces before the flop. All I did was write about a crazy idea long ago in an article called "The Worst Play Ever." You can search my name along with that title if you want to read about my grand adventure!

the first one cried instantly once we quit banging, 5 minutes of solid sobbing, then she stopped and acted like everything was normal
