So to bring even more confusion by GF just call Poipet border... they are *not sure* about what kind of visa she can get at the border because they have a lot of *strange* visa. The guy on the phone seem to be more happy about telling my GF how great the casino in Poipet are! I guess I know exactly what to say so she can get the Ordinary visa.

Tell her to be less nosey, or just let her read this post and then it will be me telling her to be less nosey and you won't have to take any sh it for it.

In all cases the bulk of the money would be used for the wedding and that in the case of the first two categories I would probably need to send the girl's family money on a monthly basis anywhere from $100 to $300. With the rich family, I would probably receive benefit from them in the form of land or a job/position with the family business. I don't think any of this is a hard and fast rule, but rather a general construct. I'm sure a lot of this is changing as Cambodia becomes more modern, but many often forget that most of this country is still rural countryside. But I'm just guessing here which is why I asked him in the first place.

Except that it is probably a lot harder to get a girl from a rich family to want to marry you

Went to Sorya to grab some food with a friend after the room closed down. He went there to get something else for which I had no energy for after going to Cyrcee last night. It's not uncommon for freelance girls to bring their children to "work" and have some other girl watch them while they attend to their clients. This is just what the girl in the picture was doing for her friend. Something she could no longer do as my friend took her home, along with another girl for a two-fer. A brothel and daycare all in one. Cambodia is a wonderfully ****ed up place.

I've followed the thread for a while, but it seems like the cash games come and go. Assuming bankroll isn't an issue at stakes of 5/10 or lower, are there enough games to make a decent living? Say, 2/4 or higher? Or are games like that hit or miss?

It's been discussed recently that we might want to get uniforms for the dealers. I want to get something simple and saw one of the dealers wearing this today. You can't see them but the platform shoes are a must. Thoughts?

Um, IIRC some of the dealers wore some really nice dresses at times, so I don't really see why you would want to get rid of that. Just IMO.

They certainly do and they're a big part of the appeal of the room. Still nothing wrong with standardizing things a bit, especially if they're on board.

I should clarify and say that in the picture she isn't wearing a uniform that we picked out. It's actually what she wore today and it happened to catch my eye and I thought it would make a nice uniform.

I'm a minimalist so my inclination is not to include any text for the dealers. The servers are a different matter as some players have trouble telling who exactly they are.

I don't know if there is an iOS counterpart but on android there is an app I just discovered called Sneaky Cam. It's basically a camera app that allows the screen to be whatever you want so that it doesn't show to the outside world that you are taking a picture. You just snap a pic by a gesture such as tapping on the screen or swiping up and no one's the wiser. If she still suspects you then replace the gallery app on your primary screen with Google Photos and set it to not save/backup pictures from this particular app and it will never show up. Like I said, don't know for iPhones but this would be a good method for Android.
