Do you have any plans to try to meet people or get a girlfriend?

Or are you seriously going to lock yourself in a room due to fear?

dont rely only on wifi you will need a usb stick due to the odd power cut

The thought of grinding 24/7 is easy in theory but the distractions that SEA bring makes it's pretty difficult, but good luck to the guy.

I couldn't imagine going to Cambo to grind 24/7, that is insane.

Sam, how many hours a week do you strive to play?

I dont want to meet anyone or get a girlfriend. I have distractions here in Australia as well, my mum smokes weed. So it would be less of a distraction in cambodia because i would have to go out and get it instead of walk out in to lounge room and getting it lol. Im use to cheap alchol cus i dont mind a 5 litre sack of 10$ red wine lol. I dont do any other drugs and im not going to ever try them so that wont be a problem. Only new distraction for me would be prostitutes. But i wont be getting any of them in the early phases of my stay. Im going to work really hard when im there, and trying to live off poker as only income is going to be massive motivation to stop smoking weed/ drinking and to grind alot and be a good boy. I will have to be working the graveyard shift while im there cus, peak hour is at midnight, so i might start grind around 8pm-6am something like that.

I aim to play 4 a day, 7 days a week but at the moment it's more like 4 a week haha.

Your aim is a nice balance compared to Sharks 60 hour week he has planned. I'm shooting for 35 a week on Bovada and most likely hit around 28ish.

Shark has to be flying around today right? Genuinely F5'ing for updates... he's either gonna love or hate it.

As I said, just moved into apartment - guy next door came round and was a mixture of stoned and extremely drunk and introduced himself and also brought me a fish tank to have, so random . I've never been one for any sort of pet but didn't have the heart to say no, just filtering it then gonna buy some fish tomorrow. It does add a bit of character to an otherwise dull apartment tbf.

ya i got that on every forum i posted on when i first moved over and i never understood it, hell the whole reason i even went to snooky was because of this forum/charlie harpers to get stars/party running, and damn near every decision i made was based on info i read here or questions i was asking on the snooky forum

yet no matter what i would get "never listens"

hell im still the same way i dont make my own decisions i ask on a bunch of forums and try and go with the popular opinion

shark has read 13 pages of this thread, i had read this thread, the phils thread (twice), few hundred pages of the thailand thread, and damn near every thread on piatnight

I'm at st norodom, not far from st 178. 5-10 minute walk to 172, 144, riverside, soyra mall etc. Will take some pics when I got some fish in it.

Getting a gf who can cook well is the most +ev thing here money wise. Like we brought veg and meat from the market yesterday for around $6 and it will last us the week almost. I was pretty much nailing Burger King & Indian restaurants up until then. Also tried YourPhnomPenh, decent recommendation that jsplit.

How big is my life well i think im like 180cm around that height. Oh i know what you mean know, my bankroll is my life roll, and its around about 5k AUD, so maybe just over 4k USD.

I will play mtts hypers and turbos and the featured reg speed games like hots and hotters and that stuff. between 15-1$.

Im not sure if topshark is accurate, i thought it was until someone said it might not be. if you search on sharkscope im a losing player which is defiantly not true, apparently they cant calculate rebuys properly and i was one bulleting all of my rebuys

because why rebuy for like 10bb when i can re-enter with another 100bb stack, but then i learnt especially on 3x turbo rebuys the main goal during rebuy is to get the 30k add on, even tho its like a 10bb add on still it makes up a large percentage of the chips in play,

im still not sure correct way to play them. but thats why i was 1 bulleting and sharkscope calculates your rebuy results as if you took like a few rebuys and an add on so thats why it was losing. my pt4 says ive only made 3k , so that totally cancells out sharkscopes dodgy results lol.

But i was grinding time tournments and pt4 doesnt import time tournments and for every tourment i played it gave me a lose. also same thing with sats, when i won a 100$ seat it never came up on my pt4 as a win but when i busted the sat it gave me a loss. also one time i won a kinda big tournment and it never showed up on my pt4, so thats why i was using topshark.

i dont have 100% accurate results but id say its between 3k-10k last year. I am 21, 22 in two months... Plan b is to fly back to australia when my roll is crippled and find a job and then try again lol. but i seriously dont see that happening, the last 6 months i switched over to mtt and got most of my profit in last 6 months which included going through a 2000 game downswing and losing 2000$ but this half of this was lost on 180 mans i was i shouldnt have been playing in, a 8$ 180 man is defiantly not same as 8$ mtt, the 180 man was supernova infested. and plus i won 1500$ on 888 I dont think i will be slowing down anytime soon.

It's an actual market and as Yazz says the smell is horrible but I sorta just follow my gf around while she picks up stuff she needs, and the conditions they chop the meat up do not look the most hygienic so I just look away lol... and to be fair at least it's in plain sight... restaurants and stuff you eat in where the kitchen is hidden away the conditions are going to be far worse you just don't know about it. She washes everything down thoroughly and made chicken fried rice yesterday & some pork & veg soup today and both were delicious so no complaints from me yet - especially when it's equivalent of like $0.80 a day.
