Last year the burning season in Chiang Mai was over the top bad. I wasn't here the year before but I hear it was a lot milder - from two poker players. Another poker player thats been out here for like 8 years also said that last year was especially bad. a poker house might be a bit harder, not sure of many out here in bangers. I been checking Craigs list everyday lately for places, i seen a ton of 3-4bed room homes, not super brand new, but not busto either average price range is like 30-45k. location aint the best though. Think there a few poker houses in CM though.
