I would guess there alot of food options and gyms close by. Just because its the last BTS stop, meaning its going to have alot of people living in that area, as the cheapest places to live while still being close to the BTS. So food and at least a gym will be there to cater to these bustos. Im sure some school teachers live here too. Dont expect the restaurants to be anything amazing though, they will just be your bog standard ones nothing to great. There will lots of sheeet food as well (this is all an assumption)
I wouldn't want to live there, I no 0 people around there, while i know 20+ around sukhumvit, but your french canuk. You phags all stay together, so I guess you could prob make a poker house in bearing full of your
kind, never make an effort to meet other players or expats, and have one big circle jerk in the living room of your 4 bedroom you all paid 25k for in total.
