Truth be told, I'd much rather be with a butterface than with a fattie with a pretty face. I have zero issues banging a butterface - it's the part about being seen in public with one lol

Any drugs you guys recommend to get some deep good quick sleep?

I'd love get one as soon as I bust my last MTT (8-10am) so I can wake up before 6pm and have a life. I woke up at 10pm last night, and ofc no sleepy yet, sick life.

If possible, without prescription.

And yeah butterfaces>fatties, they feel the same in the dark.

You need healthy, natural sleep. Chew valerian root and get some more exercise.

Xanax/Alprazolam. Most pharmacies sell it without prescription. Probably the best drug ever invented.

melatonin can help you sleep and also improved the quality of your sleep.

Also reduce the blue light from your monitor as that delays the production of melatonin and prevents you from feeling sleepy. You can use a program f.lux for that. Same with your tv/phone.

Stuff like exercise, hot baths, sex, milk and a baked potato also helps.

In case you don't want to use xanax every time you need to sleep.

dont start using xanax it ****ed me up hard when i was in thailand. melatonin is way better to fix your sleeping schedule. it wont make you sleep super fast but you sleep better with it for sure than with sleeping pills

Sup guys.
I'm flying in for 10 days on Wed, because I have limited time I want to go somewhere close to Bkk, so I figured koh Chang. Any advice about where to stay what to do? Ideally some nice isolated bungalows place where I can also go to some bars at night would be great.

Any other tips?

Thanks!

WTF!!!! NO. Just NO. Xanax is a low half life fast acting anti-anxiety med for people with severe panic/anxiety disorders.

Of the three main benzos, if you feel you want to go that route, start with valium or ativan. Some doctors will actually prescribe ativan for sleep (if it's anxiety causing you to have trouble sleeping). It's a little slower to kick in than xanax, but will last throughout your sleep and it's far less addictive. Combine a valium with a couple drinks and it will kick in fast enough for you to get to sleep within the hour (30min or less if you're not used to benzos).

I'm not exaggerating when I say Xanax is dangerous. Google around for pages of horror stories from people trying to get off the stuff. You can't stop cold turkey after a certain amount of use without facing seizures and risk of death.

Be warned though, all benzos are straight up nasty buggers, even Valium. But jumping straight in with Xanax is like skipping snorting lines and going straight to injecting.

.....more A! advice from Prof. Spiv.

Come on ebffs. If you can buy it at a pharmacy it's safe for you. The FDA said so. Spiv has obviously read more about xanax than you and is way more knowledgeable in general.

Half a xanax and your gone before you know it, i like it. But not to take everyday cos its addicting as well. Like they said its for people who have anxiety's but whut eva..

Obviously you two morons know more about it than the FDA because you read about it on Natural News. The thousands of medical trials and decades of availability with no ill effects are no match for Captain Coconuts and Paleo Princess.

No ill effects? LOL. Xanax is one of the top if not the top most addictive prescription drug on the market today.
The FDA approves Xanax for anxiety disorder because for people suffering from extreme panic attacks the trade off is worth it. The FDA also approves protease inhibitors for HIV infection, does that mean you self prescribe that for a common flu?

The only advantage Xanax has over Valium is it kicks in immediately. This is why it's effective for panic attacks.

Even then the people who regularly take xanax for panic attacks and/or high anxiety have to follow careful schedules to taper up and then down over many months if they want to stop. This often involves substituting out with Valium as you go as well. It's a complete nightmare but worth it if your life is being destroyed by anxiety. This is why it's so easy to get xanax at clinics here. You just say you ran out and you had a script at home and they snap give them to you because they know cold turkey can lead to psychosis at best, seizures and death at worst.

I personally enjoy benzos, especially diazepam/valium mixed with a bit of alcohol. I had a brief try with Xanax and it only confirmed all the reports and warnings. The stuff is brutal and completely inappropriate as a sleep aid.

It's total insanity to get into it too because you develop a tolerance and dependency so fast that within a week or two 1mg of Xanax will feel the same as a standard dose of Valium to a newb. Xanax is benzo crack.

So some guy came on here and asked about a good sleeping aid and that's what you suggest....LOL. Period. Especially when Valium is just as easy to acquire.

Stay away from benzo's unless you have severe anxiety/panic attacks.
