Worked up to a 2p press with L/R. Didn't really have it today and think my left elbow is inflammed. Aborting workout at this point to nap.

I received contact from Alan. He has agreed to take my money in return for telling me to eat veggies.

I will have to start weighing myself and ****. lol

In other news, I was late to class today due to... fiber consumption yesterday rofl.

Do you think you could press 155 or whatever it was right now? I can get a bunch of reps with both arms with the 2p kb but I suck horribly at barbell pressing, and keep sticking around 130. I'm leaning towards it being a technique issue but anything I change just makes it worse.

Honestly, I have no clue. I'm pretty decent at press and my form on KBs in woeful thought my BB press is pretty decent. I dunno. Though if it was a "Could you do this within a couple months", it'd be lol ldo. I'm a lot lighter now than when I pressed 152.5 or whatever. So... whatev. We'll see. Who knows, maybe I'll find a barbell by the time my diet is over and learn I can press BW. That would be sweet.

"Late to class"? The plot chickens. Will have to revise my "running from the FBAIIIIIIII" theory.

i'm assuming you are talking about single arm KB presses, since you said both arms but mentioned a single KB. comparing a unilateral KB press to a 2 arm barbell press is pretty lol. just for an example, when i could press a 2pd KB for 8 reps with each hand unilaterally, i could press double 2pd bells for a grand total of 3 reps! and at the time i could do 150x5 with a barbell.i seem to be some sort of a freak among KB guys though in that despite doing mostly KB work, my strength translates really well to barbell stuff.

if you re talking about pressing double 32kg bells for tons of reps but having trouble pressing 130 on a barbell, you are just a freak and a very weird dude.

unilateral overhead stuff is badass though, esp if you like throwing things and/or punching people.

How's the knee?

Often times knee pain isn't a problem with the knee, but with the musculature surrounding it, and with adjacent joints (hip primarily, but also sometimes the ankle).

Look up Mike Robertson - Bulletproof knees. Helped me tremendously.

Yeah, single arm. I agree they shouldn't be directly linked but I figured there should be some correlation. I just did 8R/6L with the 2p, and I've been sleeping/eating like **** the last week.

Anyway, looks like I can kb press lots more than Thremp and the same as you when you were both bb pressing ~150 so I think I'm probably just comparatively terrible at bb pressing.

Knee is fine. It would just hurt or free awkward when doing heavy loads near failure. So I stopped doing heavy loads near failure.

I think Alan tried to put me on a PSMF. Seriously, this deficit is like 800-900 calories a day lower than what I did with flexible dieting. I get like 160 flex calories on workout days.

Apparently he has not studied Dr. Connelly's work and realized that my body is an open loop system designed for fat burning now.

Chins
5x5

May have kipped a rep. Whatev. Don't care.

Press
1.5px5x5

Left elbow feels much better. Form still lols, I do weird stuff sometimes. Had spots in vision during warmup. Probably the PSMF.

No. It just feels like it. Something like 1900 calories a day.

1900 calories a day. Weren't you like 170 lbs to start with? What is your goal, to become a vampire in the next Twilight movie?

No way, don't believe it. Total bull****. What women say they want and what they actually want are pretty close to being polar opposites. They like this pale ****er because he's a wealthyfamous actor and all the other women like him, not because of his body.

Its pretty close. He's like a a month of dieting from nycballerhyooge.

Actually, this is just as much of a learning experience as an effort to get sick ripped and hyooge. So I didn't want to alert ALAN that I have an open loop system that burns calories fueling energy, forcing more activity burning more calories ad naseum.

Wasn't sure if it was spoiled or not and Alan didn't answer in time. Ate anyway. Mild fail. Took an IAD quick though, so only mildly cleansed. As opposed to my last cleanse which was quite comprehensive.
