I'm looking at Thremp's posts, and I can't even tell how strong he is based on his posts. Why do you make it hard to tell how much you're lifting? Or, why do you think that you do that?

The standards for posting here are clearly laid out in several posts and extremely simple requiring no more than 3rd grade math.

But the obese have struggles frequently with simple concepts. (Energy balance)

Which page(s) can I find those standards please?

You can toss in a 155 Press as well. Maybe 152.5, dun member. Maybe I find a barbell soon.

Sorry. Can't post here. You'd also have to document any lifts via video since you bear a striking resemblance to a prior incredibly weak and quite ignorant poster.

Are those numbers your work sets or your 1rm?

Well then I can post here because I can definitely do more than one rep of 215 on the bench.

Nope. Please stop posting here. I don't want to have to ban you like willie24.

So was willie24 banned from 2+2 or just from posting on this page?

And why does it bother you so much if I post here? I'm not trying to attack you or argue with your theories or anything.

Thremp's log is srs midget business. Wouldn't want to get banned from this paradise. I better get vids asap cause I can do all of those except snatch and dl.
Why can't you train with a barbell? I'm not going to read back 5 pages or whatever, but you're in Estonia and...?

Yeah, I don't get something.

How does Thremp know so much about everything, yet is still really weak?

Too much time spent on the internet trying to sound tough instead of putting that time in the gym actually getting tough?

Or maybe, it's hard to get a lot of weight on your lifts, when you're lifting with your head up your own butt?

He's (could be a she actually with these numbers) more concerned with getting people banned from posting on his thread, and coding the amount he's lifting so he doesn't look as weak as he actually is, than he is with lifting is what I guess I have surmised. Anyway, keep enjoying your life of delusions buddy. You're the number 1 internet know it all in the world. I'm sure that gets you lots of chicks, or dudes, whatever you're into.

He's like 4'7 and asian(his pecker is still pretty big though), so he's developed a case of internet small man syndrome. He's good at e-coaching. I still love him though

Malucci,

Out of curiosity, why would you say you're stronger than me? From a quick review of your log, you're ~60lbs heavier and inferior AT EVERY SINGLE LIFT. Even your volume PRs are below my volume PRs. I either lift more weight for the same reps or the same weight for more reps.

So I'm curious why you think you're stronger than me, since it isn't based on the fact that you've actually lifted anything heavier (on a relative or absolute basis) in your life in any fashion.

I'm also curious why you call me "weak". I'm actually pretty respectable at many of these lifts, while not world class, I doubt anyone would ever mistake any of my lifts for being "like a woman".

It was rhetorical. As it is self-evident.
