All the uberfats show the same pattern. Childhood starts with horrible choices, usually encouraged by parents. By the time they are 30, the diet is all ice cream, pizza, burgers, muffins, nacho bell grande, cookies, and soda.
We break the cycle by learning to make better food choices and exercising. Better food choices involve satiety and lower cals. Because of the thermic effect of food, this is going to include many foods high in protein. But fruits and veggies great also.
What do you have an issue with again? I seriously think if they were forced to eat at least 200g of protein a day, it would solve obesity as we know it. We saw some of ytf's 6000 cal binging days and they had like 90 g of protein. It was all sugar and fat. But this latter part is just an opinion and not main argument. My main arguement consists of what everyone else is on board with. Lean meats, veggies, fruits should be the staple, with a little room for junk.

Anyone who's actually tracked their macros knows that loco is
essentially right with the protein recommendation. It's really just another way to ensure compliance eating the correct foods, assuming one stays in a particular kcal range.
This entire issue here is willpower/WIM, and basically none is ever exhibited, so I only stop in to say yay loco. kbye.
