McDonalds can be great for losing weight. Why don't you open up the nutritional menu and look for some solid options?

Nice job Sunday, glad you decided to tackle nicotine addiction some other time. Get on the E-cig for now.

As I said though, no experience with nicotine addiction and everything sounds good in theory...
I suppose this would work for some, but tapering off had the opposite effect on me. All I could think about was how many hours until my next cigarette. Smoking was even MORE on my mind when I tried to taper off.

For me, as of last September, it was cold turkey. But, after 50 years, it was the first time that I really wanted to quit. And I did. Zero weight gain. And I experienced negligible side effects.

Do I miss it? Yes. Do I crave it? Very briefly. Not nearly as much as I always feared I would.

I think the pumpkin roll calories are way over.

I'm missing superbaconcheeseburger Fridays.

McDonald's has Japanese Hibachi Steaks? Cool!

We drove to a Japanese steak house lol. I'm going to Indianapolis tomorrow for dinner if the roads aren't too bad.

Surprised there was no fried rice to be had at a Japanese steakhouse

Honestly, that is one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen, and my tolerance to those kind of pics is pretty high compared to others of my ilk. No joke - if you eat clean af, you will be grossed out by a single greasy potato chip, I promise you.

Of all the weeks to be in Europe.

Let me know if you want restaurant recommendations.

You are in Europe?
I'll take recommendations.

Anyone else live in the Indianapolis area and want to meet for dinner one day this week?

I'm kind of struggling to decide if I should be giving a SBCB recommendation here.

cit,

Based on what she's posted about her job, there's no way she's slipping a St Elmo's expense past her boss. We're going to have to keep it reasonable, I'm sure.

This may apply to you but not to everyone. I eat clean and still love potato chips.

Bring your gym clothes? Or swimsuit? Guessing you have some downtime in the evenings.

I brought both. The pool is too short for laps, but I could get some kicks in. I plan to workout tonight if I don't go to Indianapolis.

I'm doing good on calories tonight.

Only 34g of protien though. I need some meat for dinner.

MLYLT,

Tinker Street (located slightly north of the semi-hip downtown area, but one of the best restaurants in the city).

There are a bunch of other tasty places I could suggest, but they're either out of your expense range or will lead to a calorie explosion. Theoretically you could get something healthy at the burger joint, but probably best to limit temptation.

TBH that sounds depressing. Potato chips are great!
Like really man, potato chips over any other method of cooking potatoes? Try it for 3 months, imo. Fruits, vegetables, no refined sugars/grains - give TR.

How often do you eat potato chips?

This seems unlikely.
03-14-2017 , 02:05 PM
But didn't you hear it only takes three days to quit smoking?
03-14-2017 , 03:07 PM
One of my fave cheat meals is a burger (on a bun) with a side of potato chips.
03-14-2017 , 03:30 PM
Gorilla,

But do you eat CLEAN AF?
03-14-2017 , 03:43 PM
LoL, have you considered that you might be orthorexic?

Good point, I might only eat clean.

I'll review the 'clean vs clean af' charts and get back to you.
