AIOTT — just drink several bottles of wine while chain smoking and making sour faces at people who walk by. You'll feel A-OK afterwards.

I'm not quite sure either. I posted the same thing on Facebook and had a bunch of medical professionals chime in and say the same thing. Hypoglycemic and possibly pre the beetus at this point given my timelines and symptoms. And then they all recommended I up my Protein intake, but I'm still waiting on scientific support for that.

I have days when I'm slightly lower than prime and others that I'm slightly above. I just don't understand why/how more Protein is going to combat my symptoms.

Im going to be talking to a lady tomorrow about doing some research in exercise physiology, specifically how muscle adapts to exercise or inactivity. Could be interesting, despite knowing little about the field on a technical level. Knowing my luck it'll be the same old "we dont have any money currently, but we'd love to have you work for free until you can obtain some" story.

Aidan, I have an interesting proposition for you. It has much $$ making potential and I think you are the perfect candidate.

You may have to work for free to begin with. However, I'm sure you will see that you are such a perfect fit that is totally normal and not bad in any way.

Also do you mind relocating to Ukraine?
09-24-2014 , 10:38 PM
Real estate is probably affordable in the Ukraine, so it has that going for it

NZ is that bad huh?

Auckland is in a housing bubble at the moment. Maybe its not a bubble. House prices are super high though.

Yes, I can get you an amazing deal on a penthouse floor of a very nicely located condo building. Center of Ternopil. When I say "floor" I mean it, you get the whole floor.

It is not built-out yet but this will let you have baller touches like a two floor slide and a full Oly/PL workout center right in the middle of your amazing condo. You think a 1.5 milly condo is impressive? You obv haven't taken several hundred thousand dollars to Ukraine before my friend.

suspending newscaster and tv personalities is so awful
09-25-2014 , 08:21 AM
The Bill Simmons suspension is amazing. It's really absurd. Knock the gf out, get a 2 week suspension. Criticize the guy who gave the lenient punishment and receive a suspension for 50% longer. So many lols around. I listen to his podcast semi-regularly.

Also, who east breakfast? I don't and I'm a solid sub-20% bf so it's certainly working for me.

Jdock- what do you think of the saints-cowboys game this week. It has me really confused. I look forward to watching it. I also think the Packers are going to beat the Bears, but that probably means the opposite will happen. As far as points go, I like the Raidahs this weekend. The dolphins are pretty lol and have played like 2 quarters of good football. They are my upset special this week.

On weekends if the GF wants to go out, bring on the black coffee, eggs, and breakfast meats.

Left to my own devices on weekdays I never eat before noon though.

It started out as an experiment with intermittent fasting like 3 years ago but kind of evolved into just being too lazy to prepare food before work and not wanting to give in to eating garbage calories.

Isn't that at Wembley? The teams always complain about the pitch there, so wouldn't expect a high scoring game.

For about 4 years straight I ate 2 servings of oatmeal every morning with coffee (at work. weekends were varied but mostly oatmeal, too) but now i've moved away from that. Now my usual routine is 4 eggs and coffee. Sometimes a piece or two of bacon and/or milk is involved as well. Either way, I feel like it's a great start to my day.

Just bc you're a "solid sub 20%" doesn't mean you can't improve your diet.

Saints-Cowboys should be great! Really looking forward to seeing how those two trainwrecks battle each other. I think the bears are going to beat up the pack, sadly. Packers can't run the ball and can't play defense so I dunno how they're going to win if Rodgers isn't connecting with his receivers at all. Last week was pathetic and he looked shellshocked afterwards.

Speaking of watching trainwrecks, I'm a skins fan. Tonight we host the Giants. Should be "interesting"

Sometimes I consider including breakfast into my life. I'd like it to be something like 20-40 grams of fat, low/no carb, and 40+ grams of protein. I feel like it would put a nice dent into my fat intake for the day (usually a place I'm deficient, possibly contributing to insatiability), make me less ravenous for lunch (usually inhibiting my productivity in the morning to some degree), and very likely make me happier over the course of the day.

But then I end up just saying "**** it, I'll get to eat more later if I skip it." Plus there's gonna be a ton of times where I'm gonna want to skip it anyway if I'm going out to dinner or something.

A 'solid sub 20%' bf was meant to be tongue in cheek. I have notoriously low levels of WIM when it comes to dieting. I can eat more in one sitting than anyone I've ever met (I'm sure there are plenty of people who can beat me, tho). This leads to me doing silly things like eating 1 large pizza for dinner or 30 pieces of nigiri for lunch, etc.

I've been moving away from that mindset slowly (I still love to eat tho) and have been doing cardio a lot more with my weight lifting.

The original idea of not eating breakfast was to restrict calories, but it's pretty meaningless when I can still eat 2k calories effortlessly in one sitting, even if its mostly meat.

This is exactly my mentality too, lol. I bring hardboiled eggs with me to work and eat 4 every morning. Easy, cheap, fast, and gets me the fat+protein combo I'm looking for. I buy the pre-boiled/peeled hardboiled eggs (3.29/dozen) and they're the greatest time saver in the world. Highly suggest.

JF, you sound like my twin. Thoughts on my post? How have you been finding breakfast to impact hunger and "food focus" mitigation throughout the day?

Interesting. 4 eggs should be like 300/20/0/24. That ain't bad at all. Never seen this pre-boiled/peeled crap, but sounds awesome. I can't stand cooking/peeling myself. Will give em a look.
09-25-2014 , 09:21 AM
BTM,

you seriously eat just eggs and nothing else? lol, no breakfast >>>>>> insanely ****ty breakfast.

Yeah it's amazing. It's basically twice the cost but they're pre-boiled/peeled. I used to lol@them and now I buy them all the time. Only one chain grocery store near me sells them so maybe they're not that common but if you can find them they're super easy for lazy eaters.

This morning I had a piece of cold bacon as well. How is that a bad breakfast? Should I throw in some kefir and walrus tallow as well?
