the artifact deck won fast enough to catch the end of the CB mirror

oh god I muted it and missed it, bummer

oh well it should crush counterbalance

deck is sweet till the nullrods start showing up in sideboards

maybe not, though force into goyf seems like the nut draw for counterbalance

I'll try again tonight!
The dual pays for most of your draft so there's an upside. Also, you're going to find that the best card in a draft pack is often not the rare. In some sets a bunch of commons (which typically has removal, meaty creatures) are going to crush decks with rares.

Ah, any noob tips on how to go about trading?

And if the duals pay for my draft, should I just take them and freeroll?

yeah you want to take valuable rares. I dunno how low you want to go before not taking them, depends on what draft format you're playing (swiss vs 8-4, reward for winning is obviously way different)

be sure to search carefully for the best price, there are a bunch of bots underbuying at absurd rates to catch free money from lazy/ignorant people.

They start up leagues again in MTGO? For the past couple years they keep delaying it but for someone who wants to start playing casual again this is probably the best way at getting back in again.

I think that last quarter, they said we'd get an update on the status of leagues at the end of this quarter, or something like that.

I lost Round 1 of the draft seven times in a row, than went 0-3 drop in 3 sealeds and 1 premier event with a deck that had Day of Judgement, Inferno Titan, Magma Phoenix, Baneslayer Angel and Mystifying Maze - but I was matched against other insane decks like a Mind Control/Frost Titan deck and a Sun Titan deck. And besides the aforementioned premier event, I opened all crap rares and the only money cards I got were Nissa Revene that someone passed in a WWK draft and a Nirkana Revenant (4 tickets), so I ran out of tickets. I don't know if it is because of variance or because I started to suck at MTGO (had been playing for four years) or because Wizards doomswitched me because I posted a complaint about them on their forums.
My range is between 1600-1850 for limited, depends on how good blue is in a certain format . I think I "busted" my roll playing 3xzen winning maybe one in 20

When I played a lot of heads-up Constructed queues and DEs, it depended a lot on the decks I was playing. In pauper I had a ridiculous win rate (70%+) until the packs became worthless and I was playing a fairly low-variance deck (control), so it was fairly steady. However, I tested last season's Extended a lot and played a fair amount of Zoo (until again they ruined the payouts by paying Shadowmoor - you needed a 83% win probability to break even), which led to some high variance games but still won at a 58-60% clip. But it wasn't uncommon to play 20 Zoo mirror games in a day and lose 14-15 of them because the other guy drew all of his Kitchen Finks and Lightning Helixes.

My Constructed rating stayed around 1800-1840 during the stable periods but swung from a low of ~1690 to a high of ~1935 and I never played much Limited (I think my rating is around 1780).

yeah scars is only 3.21 atm so you need to do pretty well to break even in the HU queues, the 8mans and DE are more forgiving at least, pauper is paying out M11 worth 3.67 so not too bad there

ME4 packs dropped from 3.78 to 3.51 today so probably done grinding HU queues.

Might just sell my FoWs and Wastelands and set my account on fire. Got back into mtgo due to WoW boring me but Mtgo hasn't been bringing me the joy I'm looking for either.

Guess it's time to get into cockfighting.

Without knowing how much FoWs are worth, I'd be interested in one for my highlander if you're really gonna sell.

I haven't decided for sure what I'm going to do. FoWs are selling for 105 buying for 95 from bots right now.
I had paid 75-80 per speculating they'd potentially hit 150. So far good return but the damn Death and Taxes deck doesn't use them and it's a viable option in Legacy that doesn't require FoW.

There's also combo but between LED's and other cards it's probably almost as pricey as playing counterbalance.

so gross, and a total joke that it wasn't in all the master's editions(same with duals) I mean make legacy accessible online ffs, the duals aren't too bad now with me4 but force at 100+tix is outrageous
