maybe, i had a good look around and there wasnt much else that made her shine when she's smokin around the map. they look a little toy like in this pic i guess but out in the light of the streets or the sun they glint a bit and have much more depth. changed the colour to a fiery red and maybe take a look at some new alloys and get a nice back drop!

Minigun unlocked at 120. It looks badass with platinum on it.

Bumhunt 1 lap races till rank 15, grind Violent Duct till 45, grind that coke mission for Martin till 75, then grind the $25k/ 4krp parking garage mission till you're at 120.

What cars you guys picked as your first? Thought I'd pick a four door so I could drive peeps around on jobs, so I went for a Sentinel (BMW) as I loved driving that in IV, took it to the shop and insured it etc. Got outside and realised they're now 2 doors in V, doh

It doesn't take as long as you'd think if you go the route I did. Maybe 20ish hours of actual grinding. Rank 80 to 120 only took 3 hours to clear.

when you buy a weapon, do you have it forever, even if you run out of ammo / get killed? i want to spend money on upgrades eventually (not on the micro smg tho) but im not sure if its smart or not.

upgrades seem really expensive too. extended clip is >9k for the micro smg

i knew if you died or were killed during missions you didnt lose your weapons. i've been flattened and shot down outside of missions but never had more than a pistol so i didnt pay attention.

the Criminal Records race is the easiest money ever. made 6k in 30 seconds

there were two players rolling around in a cop car, and they were talking on their mics (the only two talking) and i just drove by them, by chance, and they miss fired a bunch of rounds and proceeded to chase me.

so i got about ~2.5 blocks ahead, made a right, and got out of my car at a red light with a bunch of other vehicles. i crouched behind the suv in the front and as they rolled up one guy said to the other "get your gun ready." once they get close they have no clue which car i'm in. i walk out from behind the truck and dust both of 'em. i hear the guy on the mic again, kind of raging + blaming his friend "wtf just happened. why didnt you shoot him? you didnt even fire your gun DUDE." lololol

i didnt even know they were dead until i went to get into the cop car, it kept going in a circle as if someone was dead inside with their foot on the gas. but while i was hiding to duck two stars after killing them, the last thing the kid said was "we should pull out our jets."

on first play (few hours) i'm getting pretty tilted at the missions. dm seems worthless and i've been killed in the 'co op' missions i've played so far. seems like racing is the only thing worth doing if you're not in a crew/group of friends playing.

what are most people doing in free play? stuff like stick up places and starting up different races/missions through the game? so far i've been ignoring the jobs coming through on the phone and mostly just starting stuff through the online menu.

I tried the mission Death from Above, pretty much impossible, got in a chopper and a million guys started shooting at me when I got close, kill one guy and get 3 stars immediately. I could kill the target from a neighbouring rooftop, but I think the mission is actually impossible. Not to mention the guys respawn.

Haha it's all about them crazy finishes! 3 times i've been nuked from first on the finish line on the Commute, even literally one yard from the finish and ended up 5/6. Twice yesterday I beat Emp on the line though so kind of made up for it

Death from above sucks. It's not impossible but it's pretty damn close. You have to photograph the corpse as well.

Finally found a buzzard online. (Seems at the airport north of the city the helicopter spawn changes. I've seen the Annihilator and others there). But the Buzzard is the nuts. I proceeded to go on a rampage scoring 10+ player kills. Mostly from blowing up vehicles with 2 people. It was really fun, but the auto lock for your missles is the nut low, cops are always ****ing up your shots.

Managed to gun a guy down in the Jet last night too. My new method for getting those Jets - call Merryweather to drop you a helicopter, kill the pilot and fly the heli directly into the hangar with the Jet in it.
