Can confirm this is true.
Played with guys on like 90 fitness got 2 injuries (the "you must sub this guy off type") and one guy pull up whilst running all in the same game. And everyone was out of energy by the end. Gotta be more selective in the laying sprinting. Was playing ultimate team tho but still is relevant.
