Just tried 4-2-3-1(2) for first time in FUT. Favorite formation so far. Passing lanes were open everywhere and everybody was making perfect runs.

the any 11 tournament is kind of awesome, I won it a 2nd time and got the same reward, 4000 coins + gold pack. I'm going to just keep doing that on single player and get a boatload of coins and packs

still works? i saw a youtube a week or so ago w/ a guy who had won it like 15+ times (online tho) and was still getting the free pack every time

got half mil and made this for my first team. only few games in but kinda so so, not wowed with sanchez or maria yet but maybe just need to play more. think i have just enough coins for toure instead of fernandinho. also kinda meh on balotelli so far. actually instead of toure should prob just sell some bench players and pick up aguero? did 41212 last year so also might want to try out a new formation.

what's the deal with the like super speed burst where you can just blow by guys? esp of kickoffs...is it just certain players at random times, or is it using sprint+right analog to push ball on? haven't really figured that out yet.

They are not doing super speed bursts. I do think spriting is more dynamic, but mainly since all of your guys are standing still on kickoff it seems likes he's super fast. The key is to no try to tackle the guy and just contain and get in front.

Scoring off kickoff is super OP though. Learning to contain it isn't hard though but I still do it like once every 3 games and have been able to hold my opponents to doing it like once every 6-7.

hahaha i compared them on futhead while making team and kind of hastily/snap got hart bc he wasn't 'much' more $ but better stats. rocking the USA international jersey though

got aguero and liking him way better than balotelli. telli was just way too sluggish and his str/phys was wayyy less than what it should be. his shots were pretty meh too. sturridge and aguero up top is pretty nasty esp setting both to press back line and 'in behind defense' runs. custom tactics nice too (do you have to set both before game every time?) will try remy also.

won both the gold pack tourneys first try and am 12-2 to start, not losing since getting aguero. i'm having like 5-4 6-4 games there's just so many goals because defending is harder/kinda more glitchy and players runs are just more erratic and sometimes just blow by your guy. yea for defending playing contain is huge, RT+LT even bigger in this year than last.

think i'm like 10/15 so far on free kicks it seems ridic easy this year as the wall doesn't jump well and goalies don't seem to get over (on that topic i've had some lol goals basically go right through goalie)

So funny seeing a guy 5'9" easily out jump every striker no matter how tall/good @ jumping they are.

The Low/High combined with not too much pace makes him the brickiest of brick walls.

Confirmed. I use Pirlo for all my FKs within scoring distance and it is ridic OP. I like this fact a lot, as FK goals on other FUTs were pretty damn rare.

They nerfed heading in crosses which I like and PKs aren't as easy, which is good. Also, PKs are rewarded more objectively, IMO, and a lot more are called than in 14.

Anyone coin mine with bronze packs? Is it better to do it with premium or non premium?

I actually did that earlier. I don't think I made money but after spending 20k I didn't get a single player worth >1k so I def ran bad.

I probably spent like 20k and am getting like 8-9k back.

but you often get 1 or 2 fitness things per pack and that's 300 coins on the market right there(sells about 1 in 3 times). The squad fitness thing is about 700-750

Does anyone play the iPhone app version? When you buy and sell players is it the same "market" as everyone using a console?

havent opened any packs this year other than daily gift/gold cup. opened for all my coins last year (2m ish) and the best ones i was TOTS Henry and TOTS Toni, both worth <100k iirc. best pull this year is probably Chikhaoui from my starter pack lol

both of them are really bad, 400c bronze packs are the only +ev packs imo

inform player and totw players are the same thing

theres a new allsvenskan tourney btw. requirement: at least 5 players from allsvenskan, so they all rose quite a bit in price. already had some allsvenskan players in my club so i gave it a try. first game ibarbo hybrid ldo. first and last time ill play that tourney lol
