I was able to reach 4,000SP during the "get paid weekend" last month just by 4-tabling NL200-400 (over 10 hours a day though). If you play NL1k or 8-table, 6,000SP shouldn't be a big problem.

tldr. Who cares about all this annoying ****... I'm not even sure if I had such useless conversations at school when I was 4 ... All this thread is so ****ing pathetic.

The only great thing about this thread is that it helped Yuv to make the pacific poker software a little bit better. Thanks to him and some non-******s regulars who post to suggest something. About this, I will take a shot!

- Auto post BB when I'm on the big blind feature
- Don't shuffle the name of the tables after each refresh in the lobby
- Auto rebuy option (It would be so easy to program, and so much better)
- When we use the shortcuts (F5, F6, F7), it would be great if it checks the "fold/check" button even if it's not our turn to act
- Delete the fast tables, or add a +15 secs timer, hard to 8 tables with the fast tables
- It's great to have ten seats on 6 max to choose the position, but it would be great to display 3 seats on the top on the table, and 3 seats on the bottom of the table. Sometimes there are 1 player on the left, 1 player on the right, 1 on the top, and 3 on the bottom, kind of tilting imo!

Thanks by advance !

I'm afraid the 888 staff no longer cares about us. I haven't seen Yuv posting here for months. Their software updated like half a year ago last time.

6 months ago some guy, not Yuv but some 888 soft developer, asked me what improvements I would like to see. We exchanged a couple of PMs. He finally thanked me and even gave me a free tournament ticket for cooperation. I was hoping that finally something was about to change with the software towards improvement. Nothing happened.

Thanks. Just as an FYI, these are very helpful. Not all the time we can implement them, as we have some bigger projects in development, but every version we try and fix some of these annoying small things that change a lot.

Just a couple of answers:

Regarding the fast tables, a time bank is fully operational (for a while), but we have issues with some old versions and this feature. We will be implementing it very soon.

Improved re-buy mechanism for cash games is coming up in the next version (a month away)

I'm not 100% sure, but i think the shuffling problem was fixed for the upcoming version. I'll check this to make sure.

Regarding the 6/10 seats tables - eventually, in the big project we're planning for next year, we will not have these tables any more (they will be, you know, 6 seats for 6 handed. Who would have thought..).

Because the majority of the resources are workign on this, I doubt we will make changes in this area in the meantime.

I will forward the rest of the request and see what we can do and when.

I hope you do think the software improved in the last year or so.

It hasn't improved at all when it comes to the look & feel and user interface. This is something we are working on now.

As far as stability, I think we have moved quite a bit forward in the last year.

Nooooooooooooooooooo I'm sure most will agree that 10 seats for 6m is better as it gives the player more of a choice where they sit. I like to have the option of were I sit. This is really useful when there's some aggro shortstack playing push or fold poker, the last thing I want is for them to be to my left.

I hope you don't make the gameplay slower. That is the one thing I really love about pacific, if you want a timebank and 5 minutes per decision, just play on full tilt. Especially heads up.

I've noticed we now see showdown cards even when mucked. I'm not sure this is good. I guess the fish don't shee it anyhow so OK.
As for the 6-max tables actually being 6 seats-- like most everyone I like a choice of seats.

I've also noticed we now have have handhistory/HEM/PT support for PLO, but not O8.
The software team really have to learn to develop some generic classes. I say that as a 24 year IT professional. WTF are you guys doing with that SVC library?
