Had a player named 'Sayofura' at my tables late last week. Always buys in for 40 or 50BB and immediately leaves after doubling his stack.
Son of a b**** took 3K of me and no chances of winning them back I guess

Rb is illegal, maybe that's the reason.

yup. they are coming really hard at the affiliates that they suspect are giving RB to players... really hard..

Hey all,

I just became a platinum VIP. Anyone know what this equates to as a rakeback %?

Whoa!

Rakeback is illegal? Oh god, I'm on parole. What do they do if they find about my 30%?

Nothing to you directly, but if they find out about your affiliate, they will lock their account, downgrade the deal to 25% to affiliates and will block the usage of new tracking codes (1 tracking code = 1 person in order to track individual rake) and will block the ability to see tracking codes all together, meaning, there is no way of knowing how much each of the players under that affiliate raked. Also, no rake races.

since when do they have rake races for pacific?

Yea well, i don't actually have no rb-deal nor know anything about that affiliate bidness. Sounds like they're shutting it down, though.
I just find it funny how people use word illegal when they talk about things like rb-deals. I mean, is it against some international poker laws to have a rb-deal? I can't be criminally prosecuted for getting back 30% of money I use to satisfy my gambling addiction, can I?

Littlewoods had one with RTR this year. I scooped a $7000 package to English Poker Open. Participating that worked as a good reminder why donkaments are meant for the brain-dead.

Didn't LuckyAce have at least one rakerace this year, too?

Illegal doesn't refer to criminal offences only. Before you can become an affiliate, first you have to agree with the program's ToS. This works like a kind of contract and breaking contracts is illegal.

I dont think it is connected to the number of hands you play. I play less than 20k hands/month and had not yet asked for a reasonable cashout policy when I received their mail.

you'll have to play a lot to get to 2000sp's over the weekend. i don't think anyone playing poker will hit 6000.
