Sounds familiar
A few days break can be a gift at times.

For me I think a combination of things contribute to cause similar situations.
- Wanting to progress/build BR/get to the next level too quickly
- Playing too many tables and not really thinking through decisions
- Being too aware of my BR ie. I start playing scared/differently when I know I am downswinging.
- Playing too long in sessions, I think I could show you 20 session graphs were I was up after 1000 hands, down after 2000 hands
- autopiloting
- being aware of my own stats during a session (oh! my 3bet is low this session, I should 3bet more hands now etc.)

I think a good few (if not the majority) of us here suffer from various levels of entitlement tilt too at times. We all think we should be the one
-at the next level
-earning a couple more bb/100 than we are
-the one stacking the table fish
-sitting on 200+ bb stacks at the table
-up more this month
-not to be experiencing this level of brutal variance (that no other player in poker history has to suffer)

kinda easy fold.. not like a reg suddenly goes nuts for 200bb with worse, just crap that he raised this size after the correctly made bet

+1

I had the same feeling this summer, moved from 10nl zoom to nl 25, played solid for 2 months when I was on summer break and then started studying again. All of a sudden I thought everyone was bluffing, like "no way he c/c c/r a set that is way too obvious, I shove" stuff. I for sure got burnet out, didn't even think through a majority of the bigger pots, and always looked at my shrinking BR.

Pretty much everything above applied. I think at least for me the best way to get out of this was too not play for a couple days, pick up a new interest so that I don't play as often because of boredom, and set up a longterm goal, by actually take my sample which had been crushed, look at it and say "ok over this sample I have made 1bb/100, in two months I want xbb so I need to put in this many hands per day, and if I dont I probably wont make my goal, and then that is because I did not work hard enough for it."

Dovidu (and anybody else that's running bad) - just so you know, no matter how it gets, you can always get through it if you dedicate yourself to the cause, work your hardest and approach the game with the right mindset.....

Yes, that is a 110bi downswing.

Thanks and no, I didn't pay any attention to it at all so didn't even think about it until yesterday when I finally decided to look it up on the Stars site and was like "oh wow that would have been awesome to go to....". Can't be bothered paying to go down to London and paying for somewhere to stay at last minute though.

Deleted the hands out of my db so can't be accurate, but doing the calcs from looking at the graph:

- wr = 1.2bb/100
- AIEV = 2.1bb/100

Since hand 700k on the graph which is approximately when I really stepped up the work I'm doing on my game, wr is about 8bb/100.

You dont get to say things like this after ron posts that graph. It could be worse .

Note: this is an encouraging post, not a troll or a dig at hooligan. I'm simply saying, bad days happen, it'll turn around in time (ron proves this).

Again, not taking a dig, i wish you all the best hooligan.

was ready to play whole day like 15k hands

first 3500 hand session: lose pretty much every pot
second 500 hand session: lose 3x the money in 3x shorter period of time
third session start fresh again: get set over set 4 times in 3bet pot

4:th session go tilt on 100nl and try to find some BRAZILIANDS willing to bluff stack because they never give up, at least some money made back

    Maybe it's me who's doing it wrong, I just don't think it's a good 3bet.
