i dunno how everyone feels about having him escrow (i'm kinda indifferent but just making sure we're happy) since he's not someone everyone is familiar with from hu. also he's playing and we were discussing having escrows for other things like assuring that session requirements are met (minimum # of hands, etc) so maybe we can get someone who's escrowed other events in the past for us to take care of that.

I propose nemoindenial escrows if he's willing. Super trustworthy guy, has escrowed for HSNL events, and posts regularly in HUNL.

Nemo what's your FTP sn, avatar, first letter of city. Also do people want to do play chips and escrow? I'm not doing play money if we don't escrow a good amount first but if my stats are right it's gonna be like $200-$300 in rake/match (for each player) so if you go to finals you'll have paid like 1k+ in rake which is pretty rediculous for a tourney where the entry fee is $500.

Interesting point. On a similar note I'd love to play any of my matches live, if there weren't a 3k hand requirement .

You can't count the number of hands played in the session in play money no? And I think 3k hands at 200nl may be closer to $180ish according to my database.

Not trying to be the difficult one but I dont think id be down to play if its play money, just doesn't seem the same. Just seems like it would be too weird, like playing a really long sit n go or something.

This would be fun if u had 2 dealers. Anything less then that I'd be on suicide watch from boredum, unless it was stakes quite a bit higher then what I usually play online.

I'm not digging the play money idea at all. With real money, you're rewarded if you really crush your opponent rather than just barely win. And really it's just no fun to play for play money.

Also, like I was saying, I'll be traveling in the next few weeks so the one week per match thing may be a problem. I'm happy to 4 table while I've got a monitor but when I'm on my tiny laptop it can be tough so I'm not really down for a minimum table rule unless it's set at 2. For this week's match I can 4 table but in the future....

If you guys still want me in, I need to know that I won't be disqualified for taking too long / table limitations. It might not end up being a problem, but I just want to clear it up ahead of time in case circumstances are unfavorable. I'm not trying to be a dick and I will definitely do my best to play the hands in a timely fashion but I just want to get this straightened out ahead of time. GL.
